Make sure you go after 10 am on Sundays. The employee that opens the door showed up with her hair a mess looking like she did not shower 5 minutes before the store is set to open. One of the employees is walking towards the store after 10 am and she still stops by the foot reflexology store with no regard that she is late to work and makes no effort to knock on the window to let fellow employees she has arrived since it is after 10 am and the doors are still locked. I even had to tell them that they had not turned on the waitlist computer monitor. They still stopped cutting hair and made coffee and took their sweet time to cut the next persons hair. I think this is so irresponsible it is like they were 17 years old with no responsibilities not adults !!!!!!

Tasha always takes great care to do a perfect haircut. I even take my grandson to get his hair cut, he said it’s the best haircut he’s ever gotten.

Not a great experience today, I felt rushed and when I tried to correct her on which side my part was she insisted it was the other side, so now when I part my hair the way it's supposed to go, over the last 40ish years, I have long hanging hairs. I won't be back. Now I need to pay someone else to fix it. I was polite and still left a $5 tip.

Just moved to the area and go to great clips twice per month. Upon entering, I was told that only cash is accepted because of the ipad charger is not working again. The fact that this problem happened AGAIN means that the problem was known and neglected. With that neglect, I had an $8.99 coupon that was happily honored by Toshia (store manager). In addition my husbandhas a pre paid $12.99 haircut card that we use regularly at this location. I was told that the $12.99 card was unfortunately not accepted. In my perspective, you can adjust the price in the POS system, but Toshia did not seem to care. I will think twice before ever returning to this and other Great Clips locations, despite beinga regular customer for the past 10 years. Please fix your ipad

Went to get a haircut this morning with my hair clips card that I happily been using for years and found that their card system was not charged and not working. The manager proceeded to tell me that they could not take my card and denied honoring the discounted price. I understand that the manager (Tosha) can’t control for that to happen but what she CAN control is honoring the price of the discounted hair clips card. A failure in their card system does not constitute an emergency in my end. I wish they can fix the problem and maybe perform better management practices. I am contemplating giving them a fair chance again but if/when there is a plan to fix this problem. Thank you!

I am not your therapist. I waited 45 minutes! All 3 of the stylists did were complain about everything to all the customers . Not a fun environment to get a haircut A woman that didn’t speak English walked in and the stylist was rude and said she didn’t have time for this!

They’re never open at 9am. There’s alway people waiting at 9am and many leave. It’s 9:30 am and still no one is here. It’s now 10:15 and still not open. Horribly ran business.

As I'm getting old I'm loosing my hair, most places cut my hair in 3 minutes and looks horrible, and worse I have my wife nagging me. Christin a very kind young lady and very good cutting my hair. She made a miracle. What I have left of my hair looks good. Thank you Christin. Very Merry Christmas

I always check in online and never have to wait so I advise doing that and if you buy a haircut card which is sold between Thanksgiving and Christmas every year you can pay almost 1/2 off compared to regular prices. Their stylists aren’t one you’re gonna find working in Manhattan or Beverly Hills but for a simple short haircut I recommend. They save your information in their computer so you don’t have to tell them again which length or style you like.

I booked online for the Berkshire Commons store in Naples. I waited about ten minutes once I arrived and had my hair cut by Jason. He was friendly. Didn't talk my ear off but everything went well. My wife commented that this was the best haircut yet. Glad I went when I did. I also purchased a card for 15 haircuts for $13.99.
