Had a great haircut. Use App or website to check in, might still have to wait a little but that’s fine. Wonderful stylist, didn’t get her name. Thick Eastern European accent , she did an AWESOME job. Definitely would go back when in town!

Sat down to get my haircut, pulled up a photo of what I wanted and tried to explain what I wanted. While trying to show other photos since she didn't know the style I was asking for, the hairstylist started putting the cape over and telling me to put my phone down and that she was going to start. I asked her to please not cut my hair before she knew what I was asking for, she pulled the cape back off, and told me I could come back in tomorrow. I don't know if maybe your hair stylists are having a bad day today, but it seems to be really bad business to kick your clients out before the haircut begins.

It is the only place I go to get a haircut. Marissa does a great job. She has been there longer than some of the others. I hope she stays. Big turnover in workers

A month ago I come over and the Hispanic woman cut my hair like a man after I have show her the video , today she took my pymt I have a cupón and she decide not take it !! Because I refuse for her to cut my hair again ,, for 5 dls you just lost a customer I cut my hair every 3 weeks grow a lot and very fast she refuse to give me her name but o know she is Latina

After living in Ohio for a long time, I was never able to find someone who would cut my hair the way I wanted. I briefly watched the videos on YouTube and that's how I learned how to cut my hair. Of course, not as professional as Maritza cut it. I live two hours from Naples and I will continue coming to Naples, since I am super happy with my hair. Thank you Maritza, you really did an excellent job, you cut my hair the way I wanted it... thank you, thank you 💓

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mom, who came there today to get a haircut. She was approached by a stylist who clearly was having a very bad day and didn't think it was a big deal to take it out on others. I hope this stylist only had a bad day and that it's not her normal disposition because if it is, I would recommend to anybody who dislike to be treated rudely and disrespectfully to stay away from this salon... My Mom didn't get a haircut; her fault apparently was that she didn't know the names of different hair styles. After being rudely reprimanded for such a fault, she had to walk out in disgust and disbelief. Apparently you need to have a cosmetology degree to be served in this establishment. How ridiculous is that!

Check in with the app. Was the only name on the screen. Was told someone would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later. Someone just walks in give his phone number, they took him right in. How rude. So much for pre check in. Won’t see me back

Grace the hair stylist cut my hair and did a great job. She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Grace listens to what I would like done and then cuts my hair like I want. She is very responsive to the needs of the customer.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went with my sister to get her hair buzzcut, and they called ME over to ask how do you want this? Do you like this? Should I do it this way? You're the expert; you should be making it look nice Then at the end, they didn't clean up her neck or wipe off any of the hairs or anything just left it a loose, itchy mess. The woman seemed nice but incompetent; she kept looking around like she wanted someone to verify her work. Felt very unprofessional and very upsetting for someone getting a short haircut for the first time.

Ladies and gentleman they Miami-ed our Naples . The lady expect more money other than their listed prices , that lady showed a nasty attitude instead of being nice and dedicated to her work as a way of earning money and tips . She was very quick to cut the hair and pretended she didn't understand my instruction . She made me leave without even cleaning hair off my shirt and didn't even do a final comb . she said that is extra money. Never seen anything like that in my whole life .

My boyfriend and I went in to get haircuts. The lady that has the last chair on the left is a total joke. She butchered my boyfriend and left him with a bowl cut when he asked just to trim his fade. It was a complete disaster. The older lady that has the first chair on the right was absolutely amazing and did exactly what I asked for and even gave me a bit of information for cutting and styling my hair. My lady was done with me and three other people (including a young child that wouldn’t sit still) before the other lady was done completely destroying by boyfriends hair. He is currently fixing his own hair and doing a much better job of it. Not to mention that she asked him if we “have a lot of sex to stay warm”. This lady was a complete mess, totally inappropriate with how she talked to my boyfriend (she is older than his mother) and gave him the worst haircut of his life. Just don’t go to the lady at the back of the store that sounds like she smokes three packs a day, has no boundaries with clients and can’t even do a fade. The other ladies were amazing.

Went in just to get the sides, back, neck cleaned up. She proceeded to cut 1.5" of the top of my head and then ask if it was short enough. I had to ask her to trim the sides and back which she just quickly used thinning scissors on. Didn't style it at all. Now I don't mean didn't use product, she didn't bother running a comb through it. My hair was sticking up in all directions and she looked annoyed as she waited by the cash register for 90 seconds while I used my hands to at least smooth it out. Only cleaned up about an inch of my neck so I had to go the rest at home with beard trimmers. I realize this is just a quick cheap haircut vs going to a barber, but I didn't ask for anything unusual. This is failure to listen to the customer and failure to take pride in your work. It will be months before my hair looks normal again unless you think short in top and in the front/long back and sides is normal.

Worst haircut I've ever received. I think the guy was named John. His clippers looked old and worn out and I question his training. I'm almost totally bald on top and just asked to have a tapered back and sides. My wife does a better job!!
