The manager just doesn’t stop talking. Additionally, she gives a 5 minor less haircut which is never complete.

Sept, 21, 2024 I highly recommend Melanie of Great Clips Freedom Square. It was the first time cutting my hair, which I prefer short and feminine, and she did a wonderfully professional cut. I was so pleased and will definitely return. Prices are $19 for seniors and the shop is clean and conveniently located. It’s hard to find a stylist that cuts short hair beautifully and she did. Finally found a person who knows how to cut hair. Thank you, Melanie, from Kathleen NLCC

Used the online sign-up. Arrived just a few minutes early and only had to wait a few minutes. Got a really good haircut and was totally pleased with the entire experience.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten!! I don’t think she had any clue what she was doing. I worked as a cosmologist for many years and I knew with her first cut on my hair she had no idea what she was doing. I would stay far away from this Great Clips!!

Associate did not listen! Cut my son's hair way to short, not as instructed The tip suggestions at checkout are.getting ridiculous! For a $18 haircut their suggestions are.$5, $7 and $10 which is over 50%!

Absolutely horrific This woman w the red long curly hair was literally yelling at me and my 12 year old daughter bcs we requested a wash and dry only at 4:24. They had 3 people total just sitting there on their phones saying they didn’t have time bcs they close at 5. Completely shocked

I asked for a medium skin fade and the blonde older barber just cut all my hair off. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a fade. She just cut it all off with no regards and cuts deals for others

I received excellent customer service and a great haircut from Robyn. She went above and beyond to listen to what I wanted to do with my hair, and took exceptional patience to comb through my previously tangled/overprocessed hair to give me a wonderful experience and the best haircut and shampoo I've received in years. The ladies that work there already know me and my son by name and what we like. The employees are very cordial and professional. Using the app to schedule the appointment is a big plus. Highly recommend for regular haircuts.

Was able to get on the waiting list remotely with 45 minute wait time. Arrived with 20 minutes remaining and was taken in within 10 minutes. Had hair cut and wash. Very pleased with result.
