Valerie has been cutting my hair for quite some time now. I highly recommend her services. She is not only a stylist but now considered as a friend. If she is having a bad day you’d never know it as she is always courteous & never without a smile. Keep up the great work & thank you for your kindness. Check-in process is always smooth & wait times are on point. Shop is new & clean too!

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst Great Clips location. Anthony cannot cut hair. I asked for a trim (specified that I wanted 1 inch off all the way around). He cut the most uneven hair cut I’ve ever seen. He cut 4-5 inches off in some places and nothing off in others. When I told him it was wayyy too short in certain areas, he said he was just cutting off the split ends like I asked (I said “trim” not split ends!). He did not apologize either, merely defended himself to the manager. Mind you, my hair is already pretty short, so the areas he cut too short are simply embarrassing for me to go out in public now. Can’t even blend them into the rest of my haircut. Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

I recently took my 9-year-old daughter to the new Great Clips beside my job at Publix for her first haircut by someone other than me. We checked in online, which showed a 15-minute wait with two people ahead of us. We waited in the parking lot until the app indicated 3 minutes remaining. Upon entering, we were greeted politely, but the wait time unexpectedly jumped to 28 minutes. When our turn finally came, the stylist called us up, asked for my daughter's name, then mumbled something to another stylist who was mid-haircut with another client. She then walked away without explanation, leaving us to wait longer for another stylist. Given my daughter's anxiety about getting her hair cut, this unprofessional and dismissive treatment was unacceptable. We ended up leaving without her getting the haircut. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. This experience left a negative impression on me and more importantly my child who unfortunately thinks she somehow caused the stylist to not want to cut her hair.

I followed a wonderful stylist from another store when this location opened. I may drive further but it is so worth it. Reign and Anthony to name just name two are AWESOME. Go in and give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed

Great new location. Staff was knowledgable and eager to get me started as soon as I walked in the door. I appreciate Reign and her attention to detail during my haircut. Give them a shot!

The manager, Val, has been my hairdresser for the last few years at the location near my house. When I heard that she was getting her own location, I made sure that I was close enough to continue to see her. She always does a great job and I am excited for her in her new role at this new location.
