Stylist were awesome. Great customer service. My stylest took my wierd suggestions and made it like I wanted. Took notes so the next time I will be able to have the same cut. Great location by the gate of Fort Eustis. Even though I am about 30 min away from this location I will come back because when someone can do your hair like you want...its worth the time and distance rather than have bad hair. Good thing they have an app to schedule apppointments. If im coming that far dont want to wait hours. No matter the stylist youll get excellent service.

I’ve been here a handful of times. No matter who cuts my hair, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad cut from here. Today, Danielle cut my hair and I couldn’t have felt more cared for. She was so thorough and did such a wonderful job. I can’t wait to be back.

The ladies at the Great Clips outside of Ft. Eustis are professional, skilled, kind, and extremely hospitable. They are a fantastic representation of the Great Clips enterprise and "a cut above."

We stopped in to have our boy’s hair trimmed. One left with numerous scratches on his neck from the hair trimmer and my other son’s hair was completely unevenly trimmed. It’s so bad that fixing this cut would probably result in having to buzz it all off.

I had went 2 weeks ago on a Saturday the door was locked but the lights were on in the building. No one ever came to the door and no sign was posted saying why the door was locked or if they were closed. I called the number listed to see if they were going to open later. Nobody picked up the phone. My daughter and I saw a female in the building and she never came to the door. An older lady that was sitting in her vehicle stated she sat in the parking lot for an hour. That's absurd . I didn't sit and wait. I left and went to another location.

Rachel is the absolute best I have seven children and all of them get their hair cut by her. My children are 100% satisfied and her personality is the icing on the cake

I have a Dutch crown and finding a stylist who can cut it correctly is hard. Shaniyah cuts it correctly so cowlick lays down every time. Great service !

Manny did a really great job, I went in and showed him a picture of how I usually get it and didn't really have an idea of how I really wanted it but I said "you're the professional I was hoping you could help me figure out where to go with it and just make it look good" and he was like "I got you!" Super friendly, and a really awesome job, he gets 5 stars for sure, thanks again.

Som pong is a wonderful stylist. She really knows what she is doing and always makes my guys look fantastic!! From the first cut, I knew she was it. If you are in the fort eustis area, this is the great clips for you! Recommend checking in online as walk-ins usually have to wait for extended periods.

Terrible haircut. Went for a simple haircut and came out all uneven. Did not want to ask her to fix it because it would have been above my ears. Been there several times but no more!

Very clean and the ladies are so nice. We just had a basic cut, and they did well. But because of the language in the music playing quite loudly; I would not bring children. Too many curse words.

Went in last week for a basic haircut that i’ve gotten multiple times. Explained to the stylist I wanted angled bangs and some how I ended up with long forehead bangs. Even after I stopped her before she cut my hair and re explained what I wanted. When I did that she said that she was a stylist on Fort Eustis for 20 years and she knew what she was doing. I’m a 25 year old woman and I look like a 12 year old boy who is trying to grow out his hair. I wanted a shoulder cut and my hair is to my ears.

I just want to start off by saying this place environment is very welcoming, which is hard to come by now and days. I got my hair done by one of the stylists name Kira and let me tell y’all something. That young lady is nothing short of amazing!!! Extremely talented!!! Her hands are beyond blessed and she know what she is doing. Not only that but her energy is everything, makes you feel like you right at home and she is extremely professional. I highly recommend this place and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kira as your stylist! I been looking for a loyal stylist that can help my hair grow journey and I finally found one!

I took my granddaughter to get her hair trimmed. She was a little nervous as this was her first time. We were greeted when we walked in and were immediately helped. The young lady took her time and talked my baby through the entire process. She also took the time to do a side braid for her. I asked if I could make a appt to get my hair trimmed and she told me she could take me next. It was a very easy and smooth process, and we definitely will be going back! It’s nice to see someone care about their customers and take pride in their work! Thank you!

Workers were super sweet and professional. My hairstylist made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout my whole visit. I can definitely say I’ve found a forever home.
