I loved this store. I used to go to the store at Nelson's Grant, but they stopped the Senior's Haircut day, and they couldn't accept the coupon. The stylist at Jefferson Commons did a great job. She was very friendly, and gave me a coupon for my next visit. I highly recommend this store.

Precious cut my hair and decided to leave most of the cut hair still on my head. I get back in my car, run my fingers through my hair and clumps of cut hair were in my fingers. I also asked for a 2 shaved all the way up for an undercut and she missed several places. I can see why this place goes through hair "stylists" so fast. $20 for a job I could have done myself

Shania did an excellent job as usual. She does it right and she doesn't Rush, unlike some of the other stylus that you're in and out in 10 minutes you just can't do a good haircut in 10 minutes. Use of the online check-in reduces your wait time considerably. I will return and ask for Shania like I always do if she's not there I leave.

Called another location and they told me this location closed at 8:00. I confirmed this on their website. I Arrived at 7:10. Lady told me they closed at 7:00. I explained that another location told me it was 8:00 and their website showed it was 8:00. She then tried to tell me they had staffing issues. Clearly she didn't want my business since her stories had changed.... Really sad..theres other businesses that do want my money.

We came in to get my son's haircut today, we were greeted by Lisa. She was very friendly and gave my son a great consultation. She got an idea of what he was looking for and she gave it to him. She also styled it for him so he could be ready for photos right after. She was great and we will be back!

I had an extremely great experience at the location in Jefferson Commons. I hadn't had a hair cut in about a decade and my hair was NOT easy to work with due to being so damaged. Shaniyah not only handled my mess with patience, but went above and beyond to tame my hair. Highly recommend her & this business. I will routinely be going back!

I hate leaving negative reviews. However, I’m so frustrated with my sons haircut today. I did not complain in the store because my son is 6 and if I complain about how bad his cut is he would know and hate getting haircuts. I walked and there was no line. 0 minute wait. I’m thinking how great. The young lady that called him back was nice but had no idea what she was doing. I thought you had to have a license to cut hair. I really did not want to pay for such a bad cut. But to keep my son from crying I told him he looked great. Photos below.

I went in for a simple haircut and wound up with uneven hair and something that I did not ask for and did not want. When I called back and asked to be refunded I was told they do not do refunds all they could offer was to come back and try to fix what they have already messed up it is such a bad cut it cannot be fixed it will have to be grown out I would not go here.
