Hair cut was great. I hate my bangs so short on the sides unbelieveable. They dont go in a brush to blow dry, they dont lay down with curling iron or flat iron. I will never go back.

They all had a bad attitude. On top of that, they can’t edge up or fade correctly. I feel like that is a basic thing as a barber. Go to sports clips on the other side.

This salon provided a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning. The African American woman who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and lacked proper communication skills. She mishandled my hair on multiple occasions. I recommend saving your money and seeking a better salon elsewhere.

I received one of the worst hair cuts I have ever had at this place today. The lady did not listen to anything I had to say on how to cut my hair. I’m going to be in a hat for a month. I do not recommend this Great Clips to anyone.

I’m very disappointed with great clips, they offer online check in and when arrived we witnessed other walk in before us and they were put in front of us in the que. never going back, and we get cuts every 10 days. That’s okay, I’m sure another salon will be happy to take our business. Do not do online check in, THEY DO NOT HONOR IT.

Decent place. I would give 3 or 4 stars depending on who is cutting the hair. The atmosphere just isn't very welcoming or friendly. The workers don't often look like they want to be there. Quick and efficient but just wish they were more customer-friendly. I've been there several times but nobody treats me like I'm a regular.

I only get my hair cut at Great Clips but I hate trying to sign in. It's not user friendly at all!!! Thank God the folks cutting hair are awesome. 5 stars for haircuts and no stars for the sign in app

Service was quick. Lady wasn’t real talkative. Didn’t notice till I got home how chopped up my “fade” was after I got all the cut hair off me. Stood up and hair everywhere. Didn’t even brush it off after cutting. Will not go back

I have been going to the same Great Clips for 10 or more years. Over the past 6 months I have noticed that when I check in on line I need to add 45 min to an hour to the time they request. The last two times I check in it said go to store your next up 15 minutes. When I get there i have had to wait 45 minuts this last time and 1 hour the time before. When I get to the store my name is on the list usually in 3rd or 4th place. I am very disappointed. This is in Oklahoma City.

Checked in online and was there to get a haircut when the time ran out and the time just kept going up. It said to head to the store that they would be ready in 15 and then on the way went from like 4 mins to 16 mins. I waited a total of 30 minutes on the wait list and was told to wait an additional 15 when I arrived. I removed my name from the list and I’m at Supercuts now. I wouldn’t advise this business if you want to use online check in.

I went in around 3:30 in the afternoon. I was the second in line. I watched five to seven people come in while I patiently waited. I guess if you're going to go here, make sure you have an appointment or you will just sit there for an indefinite amount of time with no warning whatsoever. After patiently waiting for an hour I just left, sitting there for a $20 haircut for over an hour is not worth my time for sure. I get if you're busy and you have appointments, but say that when I come in. I come in and see two people and expect to get my haircut in a reasonable amount of time.

It's an okay place. Just be mindful to check in with their app so you're serviced. I haven't been able to get my son into the place he normally goes to due to work, and they are normally closed by the time I get out. But below is what I asked for vs. what I got. The first 4 pics are the reference pictures shown to the stylist. The 5 pictures after is what I received. The only modifications I asked for was for the cut I requested/shown to be slightly shorter than pictured on the top and take a little more on the sides at the top as my son's hair grows really fast and I wanted to try and have some time in between cuts. I'm not sure how what was shown/asked for translated into what my son got, but it is what it is. At least his hair is cut and manageable. The cut was $18, and I tipped $7, so a total of 25.00

The ladies that cut my hair and my fiancé were both doing super fast work. I felt she wasn't concerned about doing a good job. But rather a fast one to get to the next customer. I told her I wanted a fade from a 1 size at the bottom and up to a two going to the crown of my head. She didn't fade at all. She used a 1 all the way up to my crown. I've been to the great clips on 39th st. by winco. They always ask a lot of questions, never rush and do exactly as I ask. I learned a lesson. Just because they have the same name doesn't mean they have the same quality.
