I went yesterday to great clips where I had haircut, my hair was not done to my satisfaction and I can feel that the back hair is not cut evenly. The stylist was rude and not helpful and not listening to what I wanted. Looks like they lost a good customer

Waited an hour. Then the internet went down . One lady tried to fix it didn't work. I had cash to pay for a haircut the entire time. Then one ran off to go eat i guess instead. Then the 3rd one was done she dilly dalleyed around for another 10 min. Like I waited an hr for a haircut for no reason like that's freaking crazy. One stayed cutting hair the. Whole time and she called to get the internet back up while cutting hair . 2 people could have helped me but didn't.

I love how fast I was able to get in and out. I even happen to find some hair product that I used to use when I was a kid for pretty amazing deal. Look like they were trying to clear shelves so I helped them out. I’ve been going here for about 20 years. I definitely recommend them.

Love love love Brooke. She does SUCH and AMAZING job each time I come and request her for my hair cuts. Recently about 8 weeks ago I cut pretty much most of my hair off for a refresh and she did absolutely amazing. Will be coming again here soon for a touch up. Thank you and great job Brooke ❤️

Normally ask for April because she does a great job, but she was off today and I got Alex. Absolutely amazing! Compassion flows through him. I've never met a stylist so concerned about making sure everything was perfect. Great asset to the company for sure! Between Alex and April that place will never be empty!

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! I just had the worst haircut of my life. The lady who was cutting my hair was confused with the instructions that was on my records which has been there for over a year. The way she was cutting my hair, she had no clue what she was doing. She was done in less than 7 mins and my hair was far from done. I asked her to rework on it and fix all the places she left out, however that was another mistake and she made it even worse. Neither was she friendly. When I asked her if she could fix my hair as per the instructions in the record, she said that is whats on my record, which was not true as I had same haircut for over a year now in that same place. I told her that I had been styling in that place for over a year and her response was : "Next time, I can choose another stylist". I finally gave up and walked out. As I am typing this, I am at a different barber shop waiting to fix what is left of my hair. This used to be my go to place, but not anymore. NEVER STEPPING A FOOT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Will NEVER return. They can't do a simple bang trim on my daughter. It was awful and the lady wasn't friendly.

Alex is AHHHMAZING! Attention to detail on point! He cut my disable mother's hair and was so kind and patient with her. ❤️. Brooke the manager did my cut. I got great bouncy layers! 10 out of 10, Recommend! Attention to detail and active listening. 👌

I have gone twice to this Great Clips. Both times, with April and Luisa, they have done a great job giving my flat, thin hair a voluminous layered hair style. It has made getting ready in the mornings so much faster with less hair product. I highly recommend them.

Wife and I stopped in to get her Haircut lady at GreatClips in Oklahoma City Qual Springs Ms. Augeliqu was the most special lady. Pleasant and sweet. She did a lovely job on the wife’s hair and we plan on coming back in. We drive a truck all over the country… so, when you find who you like. It’s hard to get in as often as you’d like. We’re definitely coming back in town to see our new hair lady. Ms. Augeliqu. She is worth that sort of a trip. Nice work Ma’am. Well done!

DO NOT GO HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR! The lady who cut my hair somehow botched a #3 cut on my sides and back of my head. The top of my hair was about 2 inches in length when I went in and I asked for an inch to be cut off. She only cut the right side of my hair leaving it uneven on top. The sides show a prominent line she made no effort to fade out or cut to the same length as the bottom of my side. In my 30 years of living I have never received such a terrible haircut and will never return to Great Clips. It looks like a 3 year old was given scissors and they gave me a bowl-cut-mullet.

I’m so sad I didn’t get her name, but the stylist with the short black/brown hair did my hair today and i’m so so so happy. my hair was absolutely butchered from a previous cut a friend did and this woman made it look AMAZING. i’ve never gone to a salon and she took any of my anxiety and got rid of it and made me feel comfortable immediately. 10/10 would recommend

Angelique did an amazing job! Not only did she ask every single thing what we wanted but when I left it up to her she did an amazing job. My son also has sensory issues and when I tell you she was calm and patient and as long as she is cutting hair, we will only use her for now on!

Have always cut my hair very well -- I have thick hair and tend to grow it longer until it touches my collar, so my cuts usually take longer than usual, I always try to tip very well but it seems like I never see the same stylist twice, which is unfortunate since I have a difficult time explaining exactly what I want. I haven't had a bad cut thankfully!

I went in on October 17 to get haircut. When I was told who was going to cut my hair I asked for someone else. Right away 3 (women) left the front of store and didn't come back. One man remaining who was already cutting hair. I waited around 4 minutes and left because the 3 women never came back to front of store. It's my hair,my money I can choose who should cut my hair. Never had such a weird experience before with Great Clips too bad won't come back.

Ok, I just got the best barber experience I’ve ever had for the best price!!! Angeluiqe Was Amazing I have a lot of hair and she Took care of it all!!! I work for Costco and will tell everyone there to come up here!!! Thanks Great Clips Superb Job Guys l!!!!!!!!! 10/10

The visit today was not great. When my husband and I arrived for our haircuts, not 1 employee asked if we signed in online, it was only after 1 employee was finished with their customer were we asked if we signed in.
