I always get the cut I want since it is saved in their system. And the online check in makes it easy to fit a haircut into my schedule.

Avoid this place! Like most Great Clips locations, the staff starts out great when the store is new but once they've been open for a while they start to bring in the reject employees. I came in for a simple men's haircut and left with a big patch of hair missing on the side of my head and the top of my hair looking completely ridiculous. If you don't want a big bald spot, go elsewhere. The price of a simple haircut is getting so high here, you can just go to a quality barbershop for a few dollars more. Saving a few dollars at this place is not worth the headache. After I noticed the big bald spot, the manager refused to refund me and just offered me a 50% discount on my next haircut. If you want a huge bald spot and awful customer service, this is the place for you! Otherwise just stay away.

JC was amazing & gave me a beautiful blowout. He was very kind and informative. I felt so beautiful leaving the salon. The staff was so friendly and very welcoming!

Went there today. One other person in the store waiting and two getting styles. They took the other was taken back and I should have been next. Text said 5 minutes. After awhile two other parties came in. Both taken back before me. Them the screen said I was on deck. After awhile the screen said 15 minutes. Wait after wait and finally taken back. No greetings no goodbyes, just a quick cut. This is my second and.now last visit. Bad customer service. Bad communication. Bad satisfaction.

Staff was friendly and did a great job. The computer was having problems and had to be reset before they could take payment.

Sherry (or cherry, bad ears, sorry), was very sweet and took time to make extra sure I felt good about my haircut. The experience was fast, convenient, staff were very friendly, and not pricey either!

Extremely friendly staff! Brought my 4-yr old here and they were great with him! Only thing is that my husband was told since it was a new location that haircuts were $6.99 until “the end of the month.” Somehow the staff said this promotion ended the day before I came here (11/25). I brought this up but to no avail. This is what brought me here. Generally would love this place since it’s closest to my place but this gives me a lingering impression and there are other locations not too far away.

I just recently moved to Oklahoma and found this location shortly after I arrived here. Felicia is AMAZING! She is a wonderful stylist as well as a fantastic person. I would highly recommend her and this location to any and everyone!

We absolutely love Stacy and all of her staff. She has been cutting my son's hair for just over a year now. He refuses to go anywhere else. She has the best customer service and always gets his haircut exactly how he wants it. She goes above and beyond! I highly recommend!!!
