This is our frequented location. Ask for Jenny shes seriously incredible. I went to a different location last time and someone named Alex botched my family's haircuts right before Christmas pictures, we filed a complaint because it was really bad. Today he was AT THIS LOCATION INSTEAD 😭 Jenny normally does our hair and is incredible, she did two haircuts in the time that he was doing mine and then came to fix what he did to my hair while she was doing that. I didnt realize it was the same person until partially way through. It's been about 6 months since the first time and if he's still being trained I don't understand why he hasn't gotten better and why someone is essentially baby sitting him. I don't know what location he frequents but I really try to avoid him.

Requested my hair be trimmed 1" all over. Not a cut but trimmed. Stylist cut 5" all over my head. Left with very short hair and disappointed.

Have been here previously with my 6 year old son and had a good experience with other stylists. Today we had a terrible experience. The stylist had a ridiculous scowl on her face the whole time, was short and unkind to my son, and had absolutely no idea how to interact with or talk to a child. He has never had difficulty with haircuts in the past and she seemed to make everything painful and problematic. She made it clear from the moment we walked in how annoyed and inconvenienced she was by our business. Obviously if you are grumpy, short, and intimidating with a small child it will be a challenge to effectively cut his hair. Truly impressive how miserable this person was. He left in tears. I didn’t get her name because she had zero interpersonal skills but the haircut was under Jack at around 3:30pm on 2/19.

Quick and easy place to get a hair cut. They rarely have a wait time plus as an added bonus you can check in prior with the app. If you are looking for a high end salon this of course would not be your destination but if you need a simple haircut they will get you taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I LOVE this location, and I have been to other Great clips locations. The reason that we always come back is Summer. she cuts my sons hair. She listens to him and seems to know exactly what he is saying even if he doesn't verbalize it very well. He is a teenager and is VERY picky about his hair. Love this place.

I went in for my first haircut since the pandemic and couldn’t have had a better experience! I walked in not knowing what kind of haircut I wanted and Mike helped me figure out exactly what would look the best! I highly recommend this Great Clips!

Its ok when you have a coupon, youll get what you pay for. Otherwise its overprice. Too inconsistent and seems like not one person in there has sharp clippers
