The Great Clips near the Hy-Vee is a great place to get a haircut. Kayla cut my hair this time. She was awesome.

Not a great experience at all. Basic, short man hair cut, 3" tapered down to 1/4. My hair was so uneven, ok that happenes. I went back to have it fixed. The lady who cut it wasn't there, so another lady said she would fix it. Big mistake... It was made way, way worse. I just had her stop, I couldn't believe what she did, said thanks, and left. My hair now looks like I cut it myself, just in time for Thanksgiving. Thanks a bunch! 2 ladys who cant cut basic hair is a big red flag. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Stay away from this location!!!!!

Very impressed with this location. The last 3 Great Clips I have been to have been absolutely horrible with nothing to show for it besides some kids with very poorly cut hair. But this location (being further out from us) did an amazing job with my kids’ haircut. I absolutely will be making the trip to this location from here on out!

Unfortunate Experience at this Great Clips location My recent visit to the this Great Clips time was, unfortunately, far from the positive experiences I've had in the past. Unlike my usual efficient visits, where the 108th and Maple location always delivered a quick and quality haircut in less than 10 minutes, this particular visit to N 132nd st was disheartening. During the session with Jaime at this location, the haircut took an unexpectedly long time, with a noticeable focus only on the back side of my hair. Regrettably, there were instances of hair pulling, and what compounded the frustration was the absence of any acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused. To salvage the situation, I had to seek the assistance of another hairdresser. This deviation from the usual service standard at this location was disappointing. Sharing this feedback in the hope that it contributes to improvements in the service quality of this branch.

Had my first haircut in over a year, and I was thrilled with the results! Even *I'm* not sure what my hair looked like a year ago, but the stylist figured out what was flattering about my old cut (I had a couple bad pictures) that also worked with my weird cowlicks and that one awkward curl that doesn't belong. They even worked around my mask as long as possible, which is immensely appreciated. The only other customer was masked and distancing so hats off to them, that was really reassuring. Excellent all around.

Very pleasant experience, lady who did my son's haircut was very nice. However, it was choppy and uneven, and I'll have to take it somewhere else to be fixed.

We got my Hubby’s hair cut today here, easy no wait. Women was nice and professional. His hair looks great, first time in and will use again. His barber 💈 placed closed so it was nice to go to this location and be in and out quickly.

Just had a very insulting experience with the stylist Amber. She started negative as soon as I came in asking which salon I go to. Very rough handling through 10 minutes of hair cut and repeated I should go the same stylist. She should have told me she didn't want me to be her customer! Then she started yelling and screaming and quit in the middle. All other stylists were shocked. Finally, came back and insulted me saying you had this much hair- why did you need a hair cut with a "F" word. Tried to teach the Manager Malory who didn't take my call and I was told they can't give the telephone number of the owners- Linda and David. So, Buyers Be Aware of going to this Great Clips. I am changing the rating from 1 to 4 after David, the owner called me and informed they terminated the stylist with immediate effect. Thank you David for doing the right thing! I

Was in line to get a haircut this evening and all the stylist talked about was her being alone with no other stylists and not getting paid enough. Because of this, I got up from the waiting area and said I’ll be leaving. At that point she got really close to me and stated her case, to which I replied “if you’re not feeling it today, I don’t want a haircut by somebody who hates their job” I really wanted to be there to feel good about a haircut after a not so good day and left there to never return to that location again. I’ve been going there for years! Very unprofessional and very irritated she didn’t see that in the slightest.
