Had some really good and some really bad cuts for my son here

Stylist was polite but did not introduce herself, didn't ask if I wanted hair washed. She just sprayed with water. I then thought she'd wash after cut but did not ask or offer. Also left hair wet for me to go out in 17⁰ weather. Cut was to short by the time my curls shrunk and dried. I was very specific with length request. I had roughly 12 inches cut off. I've had very short lines so short hair doesn't frighten me But my request was not done correctly. May return but not to this stylist.

Brenda is awesome. She’s always so friendly and easy to talk to and she gives amazing hair cuts. I will follow if she ever moves to another location.

My husband just took our teenaged, nonverbal Autistic son in for a quick trim and hairline clean up because I was too tired to do it at home this week. My husband and child both came home frazzled because of the bad experience that they had. Our son stims and flaps his hands sometimes but normally he’s a very calm person. My husband says that the stylist today, Mindy, showed extreme disgust, discomfort and displeasure at having to give my special needs, biracial child a simple trim with clippers. She and her friend laughed and twittered behind their hands throughout the experience. Needless to say, if you’re tired and want to take a little break, moms & dads of curly haired, neurodivergent children, do not waste your time or your money on the non inclusive, unprofessional, stereotypical “mean girls” who work in this salon. P.S. The cut was basic and extremely uneven for a 3b curl, high and tight trim. I could have done it in my sleep.

I went in for a haircut and my hair is badly damaged from self bleaching, the lady with horrible frizzy blonde hair belittled me and wouldn’t allow me to cut my hair the way I wanted because my hair is too “straw like” and kept making me feel like I was worthless, she also kept leaving me in the middle of a haircut to do who knows what. Also I know I have eczema on my scalp and has been a huge insecurity of mine for years that I’ve been using tea tree oil to treat my scalp. This woman had the audacity to say very loudly “do you have psoriasis?” And when I told her I know I have a scalp problem she told me that I have a large problem with my scalp. These words made me upset and made me cry which she proceeded to smirk at me. With the disgusting comments and actions this lady did to me I would recommend never coming to this place if she’s cutting your hair.

If you want a buzz cut, I'd still give this place a 1 star. I brought 3 kids to get a haircut, and one child was so scared because of his brothers cuts we left.

My girlfriend just got her hair cut there, the lady was extremely rude and condescending, refused to cut her hair how she wanted and kept telling her she was wrong and telling her how terrible her hair was throughout the entire cut. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

They can't cut hair this lady, was being rude, and saying really rude things in front of me. And kept putting her nasty greasy hands all over my head. Kept being so disrespectful. And she doesn't know who she is, trying to charge me more , for no reason I think that Great clips is bad they, can't even cut curly hair too. Worst place in town, go to real barber, not a hair salon that doesn't what they are doing. They are rude, and never let me do anything they think that they rule the world , and talk, unprofessional about having a bad haircut. RUDE!!!!
