Great clips is a good haircut at a good price. The service is fast. I check in on the app. Head there on my lunch and get back in time to clock back in. I can also watch and see what the wait time is. While not exact it does give you an idea of how busy it is.

Haircut seemed fine at the salon, but when i went to work, i realized it was uneven. Some areas were missed all together, and there was a lot of split ends. Possibly dull scissors. Stylist was nice and chatty. She was super fast, but the poor quality speaks volumes. Steer clear. Budget friendly and fast doesn't mean quality.

Krystal consistently cuts my daughter’s hair and she is amazing. She is so nice to my 5 year old daughter and remembers her every time. I highly recommend Krystal!! She’s the best!!

Got a haircut at the Westwood Plaza Great Clips. The barber didn’t do a good job. Everything was wrong. Didn’t know what to say. Paid and left. An hour later, made an appointment at 72nd and Jones. They saved me. The ladies working were nice, welcoming, skilled, and had a laugh at my story. Didn’t charge me a penny. I’m sure it was just one barber at Westwood, but I won’t take my chances anymore. Will now only use the 72nd and Jones GC.

Kara's behavior is extremely impolite towards customers, and she doesn't seem to listen to what I'm saying. To be clear, I wouldn't recommend getting a haircut from Kara.

The lady that we delt with was rude as hell. Would of been better off cutting my son's hair myself. Not to mention, she charged my card twice and then argued with me about it. Very unprofessional and we won't be back

Their website says the wait time is 0 minutes, when you get there it still says 0 minutes, but the timer in the store says 26 monutes and after 20 minutes of waiting says 23 minutes. And you sit there while hairdressers take 10 or more minutes between haircuts hanging out in the back.

Usually like my cuts at Great Clips, but this was a horrible cut. Stylist spent 10 minutes or less cutting my hair, forgot to do the one thing I asked for so had to go back and do that when I reminded her and then when I got home I discovered how uneven the cut was and had to trim it myself quite a bit. Will not use this location again.

Want to give no star if possible. I had a good experience with greatclips in California. So, I went this great clips at 7222 jones st for my toddler’s haircut. Before reaching there, I called them and made sure that they cut small children’s hair. At saloon I interacted with a guy( long haired). He was very uninterested to talk to me but when I told that I called before, he took my information, showed a chair for my son n then denied to do the haircut, saying he can’t do it. I asked him politely to understand the reason but he became very aggressive, pointing fingers on my son and my son started crying looking at him. I came out from the saloon because of his bad behavior and didn’t want me or my 2yrs old son to be near this kind of aggressive person. I will never go there again. I will never recommend this place.
