Bro did a terrible job cutting my son's hair. Absolutely terrible. Even after I asked him to cut it down more it was still too long and not blended right. I hate confrontation so I just let it slide but I will NEVER come back to this location.

Ask for “Toya” . If I get her name correctly. She is the best ,So far. I have been experimenting with my hair styles a lot and I would say none of the barbers come close to what I wished for. But this time. I just asked her that I’m looking for something like “me explaining “ and in no time she finished and this is the best haircut so far I got. She is polite , she won’t annoy with some unnecessary conversations. But she greets you well, treat you well and if you got lucky , you might experience another talent of her “singing” . All in all . The best kind and most skillful person , I’ve met.

Lola cut my husband's hair and did a perfect job. As far as this app used to get on a waiting list, not super happy. It seems that if you are there and have been waiting you should get priority over someone who signed in and was before you on the list but was late. Anyway, Lola was wonderful!

Walked in at 2:48- my 10 year son needed a trim. We go here often. Not anymore. We were told they’re about done. Three of the people were finished. As soon as we walked out, 3 men getting hair cuts walked out. And there wasn’t anyone else waiting. Would have killed them to do a 5 min trim. Lazy and rude. I told my son, I planned on giving a big tip for coming in at the last minute. I always tip them half of what the cut costs anyway. But I figured today I’d be paying double. Trash service.

Had the worst and most embarrassing experience upon my arrival everything was fine when the employee asked if my child could sit on his own i said no he cannot he has high sensory issues due to his autism he immediately made a face and was judgmental his body language said it all I advised I could sit down with him makes it more efficient and faster. I was just trying to help. and he acted as if he couldn’t even do that and was asking another employee over and over can she even sit with him. Can she even sit with her child while they all ignored the situation nobody bothered to speak up out of the three employees there Never had this experience before always been provided the ability to sit with my son so tired of people that get jobs they hate Especially when it comes to kids

I was so glad that they were open on a Sunday and I was able to just walk in the person that helped me at the front desk was very friendly and professional and the stylist. Monique was also very friendly and very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. She did not disappoint, I feel I have found my go to person when I want my haircut. Thank you so much, Monique.

Horrible haircut, lady burtched my haircut I thought you guys kept notes, a inch and a half is not almost bald, much older lady probably 50 or more today 05/17 at 5pm wouldn't even talk to me it was very apparent she did not want to cut my hair, and who clippers hair by hitting the clippers against your head every time the go to cut, mind you I'm a female, but yes I'm part of the LGBTQ community and I feel very discriminated against with the lady who cut my hair, I've also been going to great clips all my life and never had this horrible of a experience, the lady at this location the last time I went did amazing! So I went back. Hoping to find her again cuz I didn't catch her name the first time. However the person she had before me was a older gentleman and she conversated with him just fine and I over heard they're conversation and they we're going on about parking meter's and such small talk you know while getting your hair done, and while I tried to start a conversation she wanted nothing to do with it, I'm very disappointed 😞.

Was able to get right in with out an appointment. David did a great job, I'm usually nervous about getting a haircut but he did a great job. Was able to show him a picture of how I wanted it and he nailed. Was super quick and convenient.

Always fast and friendly. Great haircut at a great price. Can't help but leave a good tip since the cut cost so little. The same people for the most part have worked here for years so they always remember me when I come in and really listen to what I want when it comes to my cut.

Checked in online. First on the list when I arrived. They tried to take a person that arrived after me first until I said I was before him. Told the lady I wanted my head shaved, several times. Said I cut my own hair usually but didn't want to shave my head by myself. Was pretty clear I wanted it shaved. She cut my hair and asked how I liked it. I said aren't you going to shave it? That is when she said oh we don't shave heads, we don't have razors, we just clip it. Why didn't they tell me that before?! Now I have to find a barbershop to do the job correctly and pay for another haircut. Awful service.

I came in this evening to get my hair cut back because it had gotten longer than I liked. The online booking actually worked pretty well. My name is called up and I ask for the same haircut I’ve had for years, which is down to about an inch on my entire head. Pretty simple. The woman who cut my hair was yanking my head from side to side the entire time, and after about 5 minutes said it was done. The front looked fine so I decided wrongly to trust her. I was about halfway home when I noticed that one half of my head was about an inch longer than the other. Go to the mirror and the back is even worse, she actually just cut with random finger lengths. The back of my head was uneven and sloppy. I had to cut my own hair again with scissors using a bathroom mirror. I hope this isn’t a regular occurrence but honestly this is unacceptable. I will not be going back. If anyone is thinking about going there, don’t. The service is terrible and there are plenty of local barbers that would love your business.

No military discount! Semi disappointed... The service was Fast, meaning they didn't take their time to make me feel confident. And the price made me cry, $21 for a basic haircut OMGosh!?!?!?! Yeah I gave this place a 2Star but only because they were very kind, but not kind on my wallet.
