Cut my hair way too short on top despite telling them to leave more than an inch. It looks like I just got a glorified buzz cut, which I could have just did at home. Also the hair stylist I got sounded like she was going to cough up a lung. Pro tip, don't give them your name or phone number because they will attempt to give you the same haircut on file until the end of time, because they refuse to update anything. Just remain anonymous and act like a new customer, because they won't deviate from the file which in my case is an awful looking haircut.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I feel bad I can’t even remember the woman’s name but quite honestly I don’t want too… first she asked what I wanted done and then I told her and showed her. Then she goes cutting around the side of my head to automatically cutting my beard to a size 2. Keep in mind my beard is probably about 3 inches long… very unpleased I would not recommend going there unless you’re trying to get a buzz cut.

I just got home from getting a haircut from Jennifer and my hair is completely uneven. One side is about an inch longer than the other. Will not be returning.

I tried them again, but should have known better. Simple male hair cut, #2 on sides and back 2.5" on top. Looks like a 5 year old did it. The most choppy uneven cut I've had in years. Won't be back, I'll spend a few more bucks, and go to sportclips! Do better greatclips managers. Hire not the worst to fill spots.

Just stopped in for a haircut at the Q st location. It’s currently -5 out. Shout out to the girls that showed up to work. It was extremely cold in the building. Clearly the heat is not working. Not sure why they are even open. This is unsafe for the workers and customers.

Stopped here for a cut on 10/21. Around noon. Had checked in online. Ok. They must of had Spotify because the music was full of profanity. And there was a child in there, I canceled and said I had something come up.

This experience I gave a 3. I showed the gal a picture of the cut I wanted. A pixi she called it. And I wanted a piece on the front longer on one side. Like the picture. She cut it all off. There are no sides hanging down like the picture. I thanked her and tiped her. She told me how to protect my hair from a straight iron and was very personable. Went home and tried to style the boyish haircut. Just couldn't. I called and asked for a coupon to use in about 6 months, but she told me to come in and get a refund. It's hair, it will grow back. But in my definition, I showed her a picture. The picture is of what I showed the tech that cut it. This is not my cut. My cut is sheer all one length.
