I got a haircut from the manager (I know this because she kept mentioning it to me and the customer before me). She didn’t clean or disinfect her scissors from the last person and then used them on me. Her scissors were dull, pulling my hair so much that a tear fell out of my eye from the pain. She left my hair uneven after bragging about how good she was and how long she’s been doing this. I told her I didn’t want layers or that thing with the scissors to add volume, but she kept doing it and even cut more after I told her twice that I didn’t want it. I’ve cut my hair better by myself without a mirror. At least the young girl cutting my brother’s hair did a good job—he liked it because she listened to him. If the manager spent less time talking and more time concentrating, my haircut would’ve turned out better.

I walked in this place about 3 times out the year to get a hair cut me and my family and I don’t know if there’s new staff now but the attitude is terrible not friendly at all I went asked how long take to wait for a haircut they stated 2hours the other time some workers seem in happy not friendly not attentive I will not recommend terrible experience so I rather spend more go to Jc penny !

I’m so disappointed at this location I’ve been going there for years and it’s been okay, but lately I’ve been getting the worst cuts and I’m not taking about one cut but a few lately. I try going to the other one and that didn’t worked out for me so I came back to this one and believe me it was worst to so bad I’m wearing hots , the lady was so friendly and nice I just didn’t want to go back. Anyway I think the manager should try to get better people to work there. P.S. I won’t be going back there.

This is the worst cheapest place I ever been too people are so rude.. bunch of 100 yrs old ladies that have no experience at all on styling hair they just cut don't clean and leave ...if you job depends on ur Image this not the place for you I'll say with all resp5the business deserve...I just not recommend this to anyone ( may b for ladies is good but if ur a man and want to feel and look good u better off paying a lil more for better service

This location and Carolynn was amazing! We recently moved to this area and have had terrible experiences with hair stylists. We needed the most important haircut of our lives for our wedding in a few days. I read that the reviews were good and went in, very anxious. We explained that we had bad experiences before and Carolynn was so patient and kind with us. She made sure to ask before cutting my hair and made sure my length was where I wanted it. My hair turned out so beautiful, that we went back to this location a few days later to get my wife's hair cut as well. We will now only go here for our hair, and will happily do so! Our hair looked perfect for our wedding day and I am so happy we chose this location and happy that Carolynn helped us out. Thank you, we will be back! Edit: I continue to come back, years later. Marisol the manager goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, and we love having Alexa take care of us as well. This is the only place I’ll let them touch my hair.

No estoy muy contenta, porque a mi hija le cortaron la pollina muy corta y yo quedé asombrada, y la cortaron en 10 minutos, no son como otros beauty que cortan con calma y todo professional, eso fue como un relámpago para salir del paso , no volveré nunca más ,y mi hija me cuenta que se deprimió cuando le cortaron la pollina muy corta casi quería llorar, y lo más gracioso de todo es que cuando voy a pagar dice que si quiero dar una propina, yo conteste NO así como me la cortaron mal su pollina creen que merecen una propina si no saben cortar pelo, jamás vuelvo...esto no son buenas estilista te cortan a la milla como un flash a como salga.. Increíble 🫢.

I often get my haircut here since moving to Orlando and Marisol is the BEST!!! She is super friendly and professional. She always has a smile on her face, and I enjoy the conversations we have while she cuts my hair. They always get my hair just right, and the prices are fair.

There were 3 employees working. The first started cutting my hair. No other patrons but me. 3 minutes into my hair cut a gentleman came into to buy gel and was greeted and helped by the stylest cutting my hair. The other 2 employees stated they would help the gentleman and she should return to cutting my hair. She refused stating she wanted the sale. He couldn't find his hair product he normally buys and asked her to look in the computer. Not found in the computer, she stated she would go into the stock room and look. At this point I had a 3 minute start on my hair cut and the gentleman had been there 10-12 minutes looking for his hair gel, before she started heading to stockroom. I was frustrated, got up and told her she was unprofessional. The other 2 coworkers could've helped this guy. I now have ragged hair and have to go to work this way, before being able to get it cut.
