The lady that cut my hair was pleasant and personable And she notified me that I could get a free haircut on Monday as a veteran and I told her that I’m already here I might as well get it done and she said I can come back and get a coupon that I can use towards the end of the month I go there every month and I always get a haircut. Everybody there is very pleasant.

Wanted to add comments about my visit today I am so happy to see Debra back 😍 she did an awesome job 🤩 and one of the kindest people. Thank you and God bless 🙏. All the hairstylist at this location is top notch, provide a welcoming environment for your whole time, awesome style and very friendly, I always come here for the great experience even though there are closer great clips to where I live but this location is the best Love them all !!! Just wanted to add just came for another cut today, loved it appreciate all your great work and Pearl was my hair specialist today and as mentioned before they are totally professionals as well as courteous. Love them 🤩 Just wanted to add that I had another great experience at Great clips today at the goldenrod marketplace location. Karla was my hair stylist today and what an awesome job she did. As I have mentioned before this is the best place for your trim up haircut style whatever you want to call it. Love you all you are the best!!!!! New statement today went back after 6 weeks (crazy how fast hair grows🙇) But had a Wonderful experience again at this location 😃. You all is the besty for quality and courtesy!!! Love you'll 💗

Worst haircut ever by Carmen, older Hispanic lady. Stray hairs everywhere. Rushed through it. Unwilling to listen to customer requests. Crooked and uneven sideburns and total cut in general. I've been getting my hair cut here for 2 years. Mostly mediocre cuts, passable, but this one was absolutely unacceptable. I'm usually not too picky about my cuts but I will never go back after this cut.

I started going to this location a couple months ago and was happy but my last haircut my hair was a little longer than I would’ve liked. When I was getting my haircut today, I asked if we could go shorter, which I didn’t think was a big deal. The gentleman cutting my hair was Omar. He seemed agitated at this request and started cutting my hair very rapidly. When he was finished, I said I hope you don’t mind my request and he responded “Actually, I do. It was rude and you wasted my time. You don’t know what you want.“ I have never left a bad Google review, but in this case, I think it is warranted.

Checked un on- line as usual, when there was a zero minute wait. I've been here 30+ minutes and the 3rd person has been taken with another still ahead of me. It's great being able to request a stylist but when there are 4 people ahead of you, you should be made aware! Will re-think my location choice next time.

UPDATED: First of all the girls I mentioned in my previous review are no longer there. I revisited February 12 of this year and experienced the greatest disappointment. I wasn’t feeling good due to my illness but I already had my trip booked to surprise my sister for her “60th” birthday. I was greeted by a young man and then was assigned a young lady who butchered my hair and didn’t stop telling me her whole life story. Then I realized that young flamboyant guy was a stylist. I immediately told him that he never said he was a hairdresser. He immediately began to mimic me to the customer he was styling, “I didn’t know I had to announce that I was a hairdresser” while laughing . My husband sat in shock that I didn’t respond to his rudeness. He was VERY lucky I wasn’t feeling good. I am never going back to that ghetto place but I will try another location soon and I will keep you posted. You get four stars because your awesome hairstylists Debra and Violin. I was very disappointed with your women's bathroom. As a person with a disability, there was no hand soap and the fact that I had to put my purse and bags in the sink was appalling. Do better this is unacceptable...

Cut was uneven and the girl was talking to everyone and not paying attention to the cut... one side was longer than the other.. not good.. never going there again. I would have done better putting my hair in ponytail and cut it off 😒

Online check-in is a joke. Don't believe what you see. It's inaccurate. Mediocre cut every time. 0 minute wait was actually 17 min.
