Every time I visit the Great Clips in Dr. Phillips, Orlando, I leave looking like a million bucks! The stylists there are amazing and always give me the best cuts. Remember, it’s your hair, and you should always listen to your preferences. After all, I’m the one who’ll have to wear it!

Called this place around 12pm to get a haircut for my son, I asked what time they closed...They said 5pm, and they don't take reservations. I called again at 4:20pm asking where it was because I couldn't find it in the shopping center. They said they have 3 people in line and are closing at 5pm and wouldn't be able to accommodate.

The service was ok because the store was completely empty at the time we walked in. I dis not understand why it was so empty until i went thru a terrible experience when she left my 7 years old daughter with wet hair and refused to blow dry her hair. I even asked her to do it myself but she still refused and asked for a $50 to do it. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MANY YEARS.

RACIST & INCOMPETANT: I walked in to the location I've used for YEARS and because I am mediterranean and look "foreign" to some people I was treated like trash (for the second time!) I made an online reservation and happened to walk in at the exact same time as someone who did not have any reservation. The African American Woman managing the store on Monday, October 7th, 2024 at around 11:00am took one look at me and asked, "Are you a visitor here?" I said that I was a local resident and a long-time client of the store. She took the guy with no reservation ahead of me and asked me to sit and wait. So why have the online reservation system if they just ignore it? The answer was clear, it wasn't made for foreigners. I was so insulted by her body language and tone of voice and the way she looked at me with disgust that I felt physically sick and angry. I will NEVER EVER go back to any Great Clips if this is the level of incompetence they foster. I went across the street to another strip mall nearby and was welcomed and treated like a VIP at the other place. What a night and day difference! PS: I'm a local physician and I care for and about ALL people. I take care of my fellow humans and I treat everyone with great respect. Is it too much to ask for even 10% of that in return?

I brought my little brother here and had Nikia. WORST experience for a haircut I’ve ever seen. Horrible attitude and overall miserable person. Tried to say my 11 year old brother was a senior haircut (I could see the price so she wasn’t fooling me) and then still charged me full price so she could keep the rest of the money for herself and then complained when I didn’t tip her. According to these other reviews I’m not the first person to find her awful and yet they still seem to keep her around… insane. Never coming back and will be telling EVERYONE I know that comes here about it. Do better.

I went in for my son's haircut ($19) and shampoo ($7). The lady (middle-aged, caucasian, chair on the left) rushed his cut and "finished" within 25 min, including the shampoo/conditioner. The back of his head is patchy, the fade is uneven, and nothing was tapered, as requested. Furthermore, the child had hair all over his face and body. She started with another customer. I had to ask the other lady to try to save the child's hair. This is no way worth $30+. They care about volume over quality. She didn't bother responding when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service.

They were able to get me in as a walk-in, so that was nice. You can't beat the price. However the haircut was one of the worst I've had in a long time. She cut way too much & the shaping was inappropriate for my head. Upon seeing my hair, my girlfriend even immediately reacted in surprise... It wasn't a good surprise. Perhaps if I ever come here again I'll have one of the guys cut my hair instead.

The go to place and checkout Yajaira’s haircut techniques is at Dr.Phillips Great Clips. She is awesome and is always a happy lady. She does a haircut like if you had to go to a photoshoot. The phage is nice and clean and the background must c rocks. All around it’s a sure 10 in my book.

This place is a terrible place to get a haircut. The woman who did my haircut gave me a disgracefully bad shave and I don't believe she is really a barber. They shave like they shave animals. The way my hair is shaved is very disproportionate. I will never go to this place or any of its branches ever again. This was my first time and it will be my last!!!

Horrible we have been going to great clips dr phillips location since 2016. This was the worst by far never going back. Usual people were not there everyone new. $25 dollars for a haircut that didn't even take 15 minutes. No wonder the place was empty, in this case you don't get what you paid for. She asked me several times what I wanted to do and in the end she forgot I had to remind her.

Signed in online, went into the store where five gentlemen were sitting. Neither employee asked if I signed in online, never checked me in and continued with other customers, and I was first in line.

Came to get a trim and the lady cutting my hair had no clue how to cut hair I said can you cut a little more off the top and make it textured and she grabs top of my hair and she start pulling my hair and completely damaging it the way she was cutting it and the sides were completely uneven some long some short and then she said she was done unbelievable I would recommend barber

If you have a physical limitation, beware. My husband lives with a neck injury. Even though he discussed his limitations with Nakia, she was very rough. It was clear that she had a hard day - but it would have been much better for every one if she had just gone home early.
