I am ALWAYS extremely happy with the service at Great Clips. Especially with Daisy at the Storey Park Shopping Center in Orlando, FL. Daisy and the Story Park team make going to get a haircut very pleasant and enjoyable. The atmosphere is light, friendly and happy. I highly recommend Great Clips and the Storey Park Shopping Center location!!

I got my hair cut here, and they did not give me what I asked for at all. They cut the sides way too short. Like, the first thing the lady (didn't look to see what her name was) did was shave the side of my head with no guard. I'm not convinced they have any idea how to cut short hair or straight hair.

Cada experiencia es única, con mi corte de cabello y el de mi hijo nos fue genial pero la atención que recibió mi hija no me gustó para nada, siempre volví por Melanie que hace un trabajo espectacular y dedicado con el corte de mi hijo ,pero resulta que ya no está allí, de igual manera fue con el caballero que ma había cortado el cabello a mí, ya no está trabajando en ese sitio.

My husband got a really really really bad haircut from here. So bad that he is having to go to another location to correct the cut.

Excellent place to get you hair mistreated I have very abundant and curly hair, the lady had no idea how to deal with it, she brushed it dry and vary hard, I was dying, didn’t even tried to style it when finished. Didn’t fought for my money back because I didn’t wanted to make a scene, but for 20$ plus tip I would never go back just to get my hair mistreated like that. I’ve been lake heart great clips and they are ok but this one it’s a no go, amazing how the people there it’s not properly train and they just opened few months ago

This is great place and there was no wait. Marisol listened to my preferences and delivered. I am pleased with my cut but more importantly my wife was extremely pleased with my cut. Go now and don't wait in line, because it's only a matter of time when they will be as busy as the other nearby hair cutterys. And to top it all off, I had a coupon.

Muy mala experiencia le hicieron el peor corte de cabello a mi hijo no son personas capacitadas para este trabajo realmente no son estilista volví para que por favor le arreglaran el corte a mi hijo y la respuesta fue que no podían hacerlo pues la persona que lo atendió no estaba y otro no podía reparar el daño así que no lo recomiendo para nada

Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas las pondría no pierdan su tiempo en venir a esta “peluquería “ supongo que se graduaron online hacen un desastre y después te dicen que el corte de cabello es así y para que te arreglen el corte te mandan a venir 2 o 3 días después If I could give 0 stars I would give them don't waste your time coming to this “hair salon” I guess they graduated online they make a mess and then they tell you that the haircut is like that and to fix the cut they send you 2 or 3 days later

First time I've tried here. I got a good haircut and Melany did a great job. She suggested some good haircut based on my face shape and did good leveling up of my hair.

First time here and Michie did a great job cutting my hair 🤓. She advised some recommendations but also accommodated my request as well 👍. Very gentle and nice person. The salon is clean and modern 🤗. Highly recommended 😄!

This is a new store opened in story park, dowden road, Orlando. I walked into the store for the first time to get the hair cut, the stylist Jasmine did the hair cut and it was a miserable experience. I have been a customer with Great clips for the last 14 years and never had such a bad experience.I would recommend Great clips to have a trained personnel at least for few months after opening a new store.
