Great Clips is promoting a $14.99 coupon, but it’s only valid at this specific location and no where else is Orlando. The fact they need to promote a coupon clearly demonstrates their pricing is too expensive. $20 for a haircut it too high!

I have received the best hair cut experience from Stylist Sebomia (plaza at Metro location 32835). She was very kind and taking care every detail in you haircut. She deserved a great recognition. Thanks a lot. Five stars.

8/23 at 10:30AM (In case store management wants to track down whoever answered this call) Me: Good morning! I'd like to ask if I can get a specific haircut at your location, please? Great Clips front desk: You need to bring in a picture, that's how we do it. Me: Interesting. Could I possibly describe to you what I would need, to save the drive? Great Clips: ........go ahead.... Me: (now with hesitation after the rude response) I'd like to have a fade put in where my sides of grown in on my mohawk. Great Clips: Yeah, again, you need to bring in a photo so we know what you would want... Me: Ooook nevermind, sorry to have bothered you. *Hangs up phone* Duration: 47 seconds... Very rude. Very unprofessional. Very unaccommodating. Very much the last time I'll ever consider Great Clips. Good "work".

I love the app, doing online check in makes it so easy. I also follow them on social media and appreciate when they run the $9.99 haircut. Sebubia is the best stylist! She connects with and is very caring and patient with my special needs sister. All the stylist are great and almost always get a good cut.

Please Never ever come here. The hair stylists here tell you completely different prices depending on what they feel is adequate for themselves. For just a blow dry/flat iron (WITHOUT HAIR WASH) one lady explained to me upon entering the facility how the prices have been raised and that they would charge me $75... I agreed with the price charge, because honestly, I do not mind paying. However, as soon as I sit down to be attended to, another lady approaches me stating that she will be charging me $95!!! 😲 $95 dollars for a very cheap Great Clips hair salon in MetroWest for JUST a blow dry/flat iron!😯 I found it absolutely insane. I calmly explained how outrageous it was to have one person give you one price from the very beginning, whilst another decides to give you a complete other, and that unfortunately I will not be needing any services from them. I Thanked her kindly, and she didn't even have the decency to say anything... Anything at all in regards to the circumstances that I took the time to explain to her. I literally left the facility feeling as though I escaped an attempted robbery. Shame on them. What an abuse. I never ever enjoy leaving negative reviews. But this experience was truly one for the books. Very disappointing. I Feel very sorry for all these customers that actually fall for this entrapment. My sincere condolences.

Update: She is now at the Winter Park location. Artrice of Hiawassee location gave me the best haircut from Great Clips out of the many locations here in Orlando. She spent time cutting my hair and making sure every details are perfect. You can sense that she’s proud of her profession and enjoy what she does!

Been coming here with my son since the plaza was built and few owners a long the way. I’ve been completely satisfied throughout the 15+ years earning my 4 stars. I recently visited for a haircut and was very disappointed in the display of professionalism with the stylist. She rushed me in the chair before cashing out the previous client. Hair around the chair on the floor, on the seat, and what was really the worse is that all her clippers were full of hair and spray. I asked her to please clean up first and she responded, “oh, I disinfect all my clippers before use”. She picked up the clippers and sprayed them but they still had the last persons hair. When she placed them back in the charger I could clearly see my hair and the last person’s. You should never sit a customer down at your station with hair all over it and definitely not all over your gear.

Michelle was So pushy to sell their products that’s all she talked about during my haircut . Yes I know my hair is dry and brittle . You don’t know what health problems or illnesses people may have . It definitely tore me down . Yes that’s why I’m getting a haircut . A nice “how are you” would’ve sufficed .

The woman with the short haircut was very rude to my child, it felt like she hated us. She was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible. It was a very unpleasant experience, I didn't think that people could be so angry. We will not return to this place anymore
