At the Avalon location ask for Rihanna she is absolutely the best hairstylist that has ever cut my hair. She is always very professional, cheerful and charming to talk to.She is a total 10 stars at customer service and quality of hair styling’s.

My son went here for a haircut and they completely chopped out his beautiful curly long hair. It was clearly told to the hairstylist to cut a little and she decided to cut all his hair and curls out without any style at all! She cut it so short that all the curls are GONE!! She didn't listen to the instructions and did whatever she wanted! Not professional!!! She should NOT be operating as a hairstylist, this was months of growing his hair and she completely ruined it! How can you be cutting to the public when you clearly don't know what you are doing! I don’t recommend anyone going to this place, you cannot trust they will follow your instructions!! You will regret! |

What an exciting visit. Long time, Michigander cut my hair. She was a delightful person with a great experience from Holland Mi all the way to Orlando, Florida. Great Clips is for everyone. My new home for getting my haircut every three weeks. Thank you Great Clips Awesome Stylist

Tamika and Vanessa are fantastic. I'd recommend calling ahead and asking if they are working. Two of my kids had a terrible experience with Zoe. She didn't listen to what we asked for. My son was growing a mullet out and even with showing a picture and using the word "mullet" her first move was to go up the back of his head with clippers. She then tried to convince us that we could leave a crooked line to grow out. Her only corrective action was to give us a $2 discount. My daughter asked for long layers and a trim and Zoe pressured her into a long bob.

Tony is amazing. My kiddo had a really hard time getting haircuts. Even going to one of those very pricey specialty places he would scream and cry nonstop. The very first cut with Tony - not one tear! We have been going here for about 2 years now and my kid asks to go see Mr. Tony all the time. Quality of the cut is also great!

They ruined my wife's lovely long hair when she came in to donate it. Wigs for Kids even has this location on their website! A preferred partner? Expertly prepare your hair for donation? Free haircut as thanks? No. They charged her ten bucks, chopped it off lopsided, and threw it loose in a bag so it might not even be useful.

Every time I go I never get the same person But Now I see why. They do not know how to cut curly hair. I always tell them I have curly hair. I only want a inch cut off. I ALWAYS WALK OUT WITH MY HAIR SHORTER THAN IT SHOULD BE.

I’ve come here 4 different times, and gotten 4 different haircuts. Only 1 of the 4 stylist listen to what I ask them to do, the other 3 just “freestyle” their way through your haircut to what they think you want. If you want the same haircut consistently, DON’T go here.

Not sure why the overall rating is fairly low. We have been coming here for about a year. Tony is absolutely amazing! I used to spend 45 min driving to one of those kid hair places and my child would still scream and cry plus get a horrible haircut. Tony cuts his hair beautifully plus my kid actually asks me now to take him to get a haircut! Tony is absolutely great. Venecia (sp?) cuts my aunts hair and also does an absolutely great job. Love the service and the quality of work.

They are always great with online check in and cutting hair. I've never had issues. Their stylists are really good and knowledgeable on what type of cuts and styles would go great for you depending on your hair type

I'm still trying to find someone who can cut my hair correctly, always too short on top, and sticks straight up for about 3 weeks. I will keep searching.
