I’ve been going to Margo for 15 years and She never cuts too much and listens to your hair concerns. The other ladies in the salon are just as attentive. Guest come in and are immediately tended to and treated like family.

Don't bother. We brought our toddler son in for a cut today. We specifically asked the stylist twice not to use clippers because he has sensory issues and can't handle the noise, but that scissors were fine. She ignored us and we had to take him out of the salon before the rest of the haircut was finished because she thought "it will only be a minute". Completely unprofessional. Also, in before the automated "were so sorry for your experience" response. We've already complained to corporate.

Sign posted out front of the salon says you can walk in. So I walked in for a haircut, only one person in front of you, we will check you in. I wait about 10 minutes and 3 more people came in. They then tell me these people checked in online, so your wait is 70 minutes. I walked out. Do you have walk ins or not? You don't if you put all the online check ins ahead of you. Also I was told I was checked In.

Today, on April 13, 2024, I decided to go to the hair salon for a haircut. My experience was unfortunate due to the unfriendly treatment from Mrs. Gina. When I informed her that I didn't speak English, her attitude changed abruptly. Despite showing her clear instructions in English on my phone, she refused to read them and simply shook her head in denial. This attitude seemed xenophobic and racist to me, as she assumed I couldn't understand the instructions just because I didn't speak English. Furthermore, I believe that for a haircut, it wasn't necessary to interact with me beyond reading the instructions I provided. On the other hand, Mrs. Ani was very kind and patient throughout the process. I appreciate her attention and would definitely return only for her. I request that action be taken regarding Gina's behavior and attitude, as it definitely drives customers away with her discriminatory attitude.

Buenas tardes nisiquiera debería poner estrellas ni calificación porque tuve una pésima experiencia en este salón mediante una “Profesional” De nombre Liliana el cual el día de hoy nos atendió de pésima forma ,realizó el trabajo que a ella le pareció y no el que se le pidió , cuando visualizamos lo que estaba haciendo le pedimos que no continuara y dijo bueno ya me equivoqué ya le corte mal el cabello total el cabello crecé ! No tiene ética profesional ni mucha menos está capacitada para trabajar en atención al cliente con esa falta de empatía profesionalismo Sentimos que hasta se burló Por respeto a mi hijo no subo foto de lo que ella realizó pero creo que hasta alguien sin conocimiento previo hubiera realizado esa barbaridad de corte de cabello que fue espantoso nada similar a lo que se le pidió Además de su comentario váyase yo ya le corte mal y el cabello crece ! PÉSIMO SERVICIO ,HORRIBLE ATENCIÓN !

If I could get my hair back I would, lialana definitely needs to listen to her guests instead of trying to upsell and make money on top of the haircut. Luckily my friend has a pair of clippers and knows some what how to cut hair and SHAVE a beard. I went in for a beard trim to just shave my beard off and she started off by fading the side of my head forcing me to now have to cut my hair. What kind of person that is licensed does this? I asked for a shave and had to end up paying $29 dollars for a mediocre haircut at best because she decided to do whatever she thought I said…. I am livid and will never give GREAT CLIPS AS A COMPANY MY MONEY OR BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. If I could get a refund I would, absolutely ridiculous.

The haircut was great. There's not a bad hair stylist. The customer just failed to describe the haircut that you want. Best way is to show a picture of the haircut from your phone. The only thing I didn't like is that when they use the clippers, they leave some stray hairs. Mainly in the back so you can't see it, but you can feel it when you get home. I must grab scissors or clippers and go over that area again. It's not specific to one stylist. It's different ones and at different locations. It's not a big deal. It still beats a $45 fade at one of those fancy barber shops.
