Horrible haircut today after going to GC stores for decades. I know names of many staff who user d to work and left at Dr Phillips and this store Prakash and then Mike, Sabrina, Kong, Terry and finally Devin. Today was my bad day as I was tired and just chose any stylist at this place. The short lady with colorful red and green nails didn’t listen at all to what was requested and instead of about 3/4 inch trimming that I usually get she let her scissors go freely. And left only 3/4 to 1.5 inch hair !! My balding hairline was covered by some longer hair but sadly they were gone. Then some for hair were very short and right behind she left long. For the first time in my life , I told her to stop and requested the other nice Lady Latoya to at least clip the uneven hair and give some shape. Which she did in a nice helpful manner. So go see Latoya only. Not this other lady there. First time ever for me to give negative reviews for a hairstylist. I usually don’t complain if haircut is little bit or moderately bad.

Always great haircuts and customer service for me. Patrice is an excellent stylist! The wait estimator on the app is another story. It can be way off and the salon staff has no way of resolving customer frustration. Management’s pay and bonus should be dinged for every app error.

I would not recommend get your haircut if live Orlando near Universal Studios I have been to 3 locations and used different people. All are the same with barely pass haircut. As well too expensive for a haircut experience.

Checked it online, said 14 minute wait. Went to the salon and proceeded to wait 40 minutes while 4 other people who were behind us in line were taken ahead of us. Checking system is horrible and no one even bothered to conform that we were first. 100% not recommended

I paid 18 dollars to get my ends hair cut ,plus 10 dollars (as a tip ) but it was very bad experience. The right side of my hair is longer than the right side, will never go back . BE CAREFUL. I sent you an email like you said and promised to help, but unfortunately nobody answered the email . Very bad experience even with the customer service.I will post on my Facebook and Nextdoor app everything so people can know more about you .

Over priced plus they expect a tip your looking at close to $30 for inexperienced unprofessionals that don't know how to cut hair ther practicing on you and it's costing you your pocket 👎

Worst Great Clips in Orlando , they jumó me on the line , they see people waiting and they go for a break and they ones working take forever with customers ,no wait end up being 25 mins , watch out

Came in this Saturday morning for a haircut. Was told the weight was 10 minutes. After about 20 minutes when two other people were taken in front of me I decided to leave and get a haircut somewhere else. Poor customer service and bad communication

The staff doesn’t know how to use the system, my name got deleted after I checked in online. When I complained because they were letting in customers that were placed after me, the asian lady implied I checked in at the wrong location after I saw my name on the screen when I walked in. 15 min after I walked out of that place I received a phone call saying they were ready for me, no apologies or any type of regret. Never using this location again.

This Great clips location is the best in ALL of Florida. The Customer service is top notch and the haircut(mens) always looks fantastic. Most of the time Great clips is average quality but this location is different. The girls that work there do an amazing job every time. Each hair dresser has over 20yrs experience. I live in Georgia now but every time I come visit friends in Orlando I have to stop in for a cut. The manager Brenda is the best. Her haircuts an the legitimate BEST I’ve ever had. Thank you ladies for being so amazing at what your profession. I highly recommend this store if you want to look good.

Toya is great, she always cuts my hair the way I want, (even if I don't do a great job of explaining it), lol. She always listens to me, and gives me great suggestions. I am always happy with my haircut, and will continue to go there as long as she works there.

Went to style my hair, no washing (it was already clean and dry) no cutting. $45 just for styling alone. Only used curling iron and would start 4-5inches away from my scalp (she was scared of burning me, which clearly shows inexperience with the curling iron) which left a big section undone and looking very messy. Pulled on my hair very tightly I could feel a bunch of hair pulled out of my scalp. I told her several times she is pulling to hard but she only apologised and seemed to not know how to stop it. My hair was super flat with zero volume just stuck to my scalp from the top, when I told her I need more volume she just added in powder and stuffed up my hair. At the end of the session my hair felt like one big knot of hair stuck together or overuse of hairspray and powder, I could not separate pieces of hair from eachother. It looked worse than when I entered.. alas I gave a $10 tip and ultimately regretting it.
