I have been going to this great clips for over 10 years I love your coupons And the haircut that you gave me was very goodI do know that this time around I waited a little longer than normal to get my hair done but this was because of the holidays and medical situation and when I asked her to please trim my mustacheI have no beardAnd the mustache was not that long it would not have taken her any longer than it did to do my eyebrows She said she has to treat this like a beard and wanted to charge me $10 more I have never been asked that question before or have I ever been asked to pay $10 more.I guess you missed the question why is it after so long that I now have to pay for a simple trim on a mustache that only takes two or three cuts across with a scissor Or a razor, Almost every barber shop that I have ever gone to they always did this as a courtesy including yours

I just got a haircut today. I was a walk in, and I was taken in right away. Judy was my stylist, and she was so sweet! She listened to what I was thinking and gave some great recommendations. I will be back! Thank you! 😄

Do Not let Cindy cut your hair... She is rude and nm has no patience at all... Specially if cutting kids hair! She completely ignores that she amis hurting the kid and he is crying. I've never seen someone care less about a kid.

Super bad the worst, the person who attended me washed my hair for only 1 minute and she cut my hair uneven she didn’t even dried my hair! The cut wasn’t even more than 5 minutes didn’t even style my hair! Then when I went to pay I touched my hair it was still wet and when I touched my hair I felt shampoo in my hair! I had a 9 dollar coupon and she didn’t accept it because it suppusovely want from here even though it’s from the same company! Then she charged 30 dollars! Definitely robbed my money.

Went in for a hair cut for my 3.5 yrs old and this will be my second but LAST visit there. She did a really bad job and my kiddo hair is all messed up now

Great place to get your haircut, the waiting time always is short, and the price is lower than the rest of saloons or barber shops in the area. Belinda did a great job, I highly recommend her.

Came in and waited 1hr + to get a haircut even though I was checked in from the desk employee, I guess it’s my fault for not saying anything. This was a Saturday not busy. No acknowledgment from staff. I watched so many people go and come. lol

The worst service, my husband came and registered with a front desk woman, she told him that as soon as they finished with someone, they would attend to him. They attended to three or more people before him, we left the place. Terrible service, disrespectful to the customer. Let people know that there are more customers and don't waste their time.

You get what you pay for. Unlike other similar priced shops that offer to trim eyebrows and sometimes mustaches, this Great Clips cuts you hair pulls the cover off and sends you packing.
