This is my second visit there.i didn't like my cut at the first visit . The Chinese lady there didn't get what I want. But in the second visit was good . The same lady cut the hair nicely this time. I will be back

Very upsetting experience today. Hair was cut way too short and was choppy and uneven. I asked for a fade and got the same length from top to bottom, no fade at all. Stylist (older white woman with short hair) took zero accountability and blamed me for it and got defensive. Do not come here if you are looking for a fade of any kind.

Used their app, and they got me in right on time. Also, they keep your hair style on file, verifying when you arrive. Love that!

Went in for a perm a light trip walked out with over 8 inches taken away from me don’t go to the older lady Kathleen I told her just the dead ends and not only did she butchered my hair no measuring nothing my hair is all different lengths it’s horrible and she had the balls to try and charge me 100 bucks after u butchered my hair. took my choice away I was devastated when I left this place the manager told me she was gonna reach out to me and make this right all most a week later and nothing don’t go to the older woman Kathleen please u will regret it

3 stars because josi was great. great customer service. but Kathleen was very rude. rushed us out the door bc there was a whole 2 people waiting. she told me I shouldn't have my daughters hair layered and looked at me with disgust when I said to do it. she kept pushing to buy products but wanted me to pay and get out. when cashing out a coupon didn't work and she was extremely rude about it. (Josie made it work with pleasure) will not be back simply because of how horrible her customer service is. sorry people like her ruin it for great people like josi.

Been here a few times over the last 3 years. Two women here are not too bad when going off of my description of what I want, but I found what appears to be the in-experienced one on this last round. Sadly, other Great Clips are not as bad as this location, but you get what you pay for over here. If you’re a woman with thin hair and bangs, go pay that extra amount somewhere else to prevent looking like your two cuts away from a bowl cut.

I had Kathleen as my hairdresser and she was fantastic- I’ve been looking for the perfect haircut for 3 years at great clips and I finally found someone, the perfect person to get me out of my head and into the present. She said just what she needed to in order to make me smile

I was disappointed. I’ve had my hair cut at Great Clips for years, In spite of their check in system but today’s the last time I’ll try. For some reason you can’t check in for a hair cut until the shop opens at 9 am so I waited for 9 to arrive and then attempted to check in. The check in would not work displaying a message say available soon. After waiting until 9:10 and check in still not working, I drove down there. When I arrived there were 6 names checked in (I guess their check in worked) and a 48 minute wait time, so I left. Fortunately, Orlando has lots of hair cutters so it wasn’t a waste of gas or my time but you can be sure I won’t try Great Clips again. I will go where I can make an appointment and fit my hair cut into my busy schedule.

Kim was such a sweetheart & did a really nice job with my haircut this morning. Previously at other hair salons, I have had many other issues, so I had a lot of anxiety with getting another haircut, but she was so patient with me & made me feel comfortable. She did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back. Thank you Kim!

I've been here three times in the last year, and each time I've came away with a great experience, even with having a different stylist each time. All the workers are super friendly and personable, and do a great job however they can. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Great Clips Waterford Lakes need people who can cut hair. Almost 3 years getting haircuts at this location and almost always has new people working who can't cut even cuts. One side left longer than other. Back of hair not cut even. SMH

Location is great, nice and clean and not busy. Went on 3/9/2024 around 11:30 am. Unfortunately the lady who cuts my hair(Tiffany) was new and didn’t have much practice with my hair cut/style. After 20 minutes I had quite a mess in my hair. The lady next to her ( Josie)had to step in to fix my hair and she did it really quick and professionally. The only thing I complained is when they did the clean up they use the same clippers that were hot and irritated all the skin in the back side of my neck. After 30 minutes still bad so I took a picture and posted in this review
