I checked in online as they always recommend to avoid long waits, which is what I do. For some reason, that didn't seem to matter. I walked in to no one greeting or asking if I checked in online, but I see my name on the waiting list, 2nd in line, meaning in should be the next person when someone becomes available. Instead of me(2nd in line) being called, they call for the 3rd and 4th person and blatantly bypass my name altogether(now I'm offended). No greeting and I'm being ignored all the way around. I'd this is how you show appreciation to regular customers, you're in desperate need of new management. I canceled my online appointment since it doesn't seem to matter to them anyways and left. When I called the store to tell them why I canceled and left, I was hung up on before I could finish talking. DESPERATE NEED FOR NEW MANAGEMENT.!!!

I've been getting cuts from great clips for years and this one is my favorite one! They're so nice and patient and are great listeners. Tip them well they deserve it !!!

Horrible service horrible haircuts over priced $18 for a haircut $24 I could go to sports clips and get the best hair cut last time coming here

I took my 4 year old who is autistic on Saturday. He doesn't do well with the noise of the clippers and I told them "hey he has autism so he's going to cry but it's fine he always cries when he gets haircuts" they said okay bring him and when we went inside he started crying. Well they said "if he's gonna be crying we're not gonna do it." He didn't even hit anyone or got aggressive he was only crying. So I left. Well they lost out on a $50 tip (that's what I usually tip when he gets haircuts because I know how he gets)

I was not going to post a review, but better off that I did. I asked for my hair to be cut a specific way because of the why my head is shaped, due to a farming incident as a kid. I gave her specific details, even said this is going against your schooling. I was told NO, and by then it was to late. My head looked like a kid who cut barbies hair in chunks.i had to let it grow out a little to fix it. I won't be going back!

Went in here extremely tired after work. I just wanted a quick haircut. The lady that helped me today was probably the rudest person that has ever cut my hair. I was trying so hard to be quiet and she kept making remarks about how badly damaged my hair was. She kept insisting to buy hair masks. Understandable if she wanted to genuinely help, but she came off trying to sell things by criticizing my appearance. There are ways to say things in a more professional manner. Wish I can get my money back! What a terrible experience to have after a long day of working! 😭

For a simple haircut, it's a good place. They need to improve on doing fade haircuts. $19 for an adult haircut. Optional to check-in thru the app.

My last cut was by a PT stylist. She was fast. I wish she would paint my house. I expressed concerns about my left side, that it was not faded up straight. She touched it up a little, but I let her off of the hook because she could not see the problem. I went home and took 60 seconds to touch it up. My regular stylist was not available. I continue to go, but I will make sure my stylist is there.

Loved it! Came in and was instantly taken back to where the lovely lady cut my hair in no joke 5 minutes flat. Then it was up and on my way while leaving a nice tip as that was one of the best and most efficient hair cuts I've ever experienced at great clips! Recommend and will be returning!
