I Haven't had a haircut in over 10 years Charlotte cut my hair and it was the worst haircut experience I ever had she does not know how to cut hair properly has no personality was a weird experience will never go back and would never recommend her to cut anyone hair not even my dog hair

Dayna was extremely helpful...in November I received a hair cut at another greatclips location, that was very wrong, the GM of the location allowed me to go to another location and get a "trim".. (I get these until my hair is how I originally wanted it) Dayna was very nice and helped me with ideas on how I can style.my hair while.ots growing back out to the length it was...

A guy cut my hair and he messed it up, he cut left side high and the other was just right, I told him about and he got mad and told me to leave and yes we exchanged words I apologize to him but he was still pissed, there was another staff was there she didn't say anything I told her sorry for this. She was professional and the other guy wasn't. He started saying F word to me. I don't know if he is beginner cutting people hair. So I went to a barbar shop and they fixed my hair

Erri is a great stylist,he made me feel comfortable, even tho I was coming in late in the afternoon ,he took a minute to ask me what cut I wanted and looked at the pictures that I took as inspration.

(Photos added for what was asked v what was gotten). I asked for my sister to get a cute pixie—I wasn’t expecting it to be exactly like the picture, but instead, she was given an uneven, choppy bob. She feels embarrassed, and now I have to schedule her to go to a professional tomorrow. The stylist was sweet and young, but we were thoroughly disappointed with the results. Will not be coming back… Wish I could’ve gotten my money back.

Highly recommend Dayna, I've got beard trims at great clips all around arizona, but never had anyone focus that closely to detail and put that much care into it
