I went to great clip on Thursday to was horrible experience the young lady cut my hair all uneven and the next day I wash my hair and did hair straight to make sure and it’s was very uneven I call to the store and talk to manager was very rude on call… honestly please do not wast you money the hire u train employees and train on our hair ridiculous service shame on grate clip staff and manager who is not ready to give service proper I spend $25.00 for nothing… need high action…

I drive miles all the way to get a haircut on the only day I have off in the week 20 minutes before they close and they say “we’re done for the day.” Change your hours to 4:30 then. Stop being lazy and do your job. I don’t care if you want to leave home early. You’re supposed to be open for business until you close and then clean up afterwards and THEN go home. Extremely unprofessional and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called on the phone and asked for the pricing for head shaves. They said it was the same price as a regular haircut. I showed up in person only to find they don't do shaves. Wasted my time.

I cannot believe I gave this person a tip my family saw my haircut and said did she even cut this half of your hair?I was there. Total of 15 minutes.Will not go back there or even recommend this place to my family and friends

Absolutely lovely experience! I had a pixie/Caesar cut done with a student at Aveda around Memorial Day that ended up being a pretty careless buzz cut. So totally ok, it's just hair! Not to mention so short, nobody could tell. As it grew out I had mixed feelings about the Johnny Rotten look so I stopped by this Great Clips. The stylist was all over the fix! She knew immediately what needed to be done to make this fun look a great look! I came away with some beautiful, feminine texture, loving this cut better than ever! GC was my boo when I was in Las Vegas, looks like I found another great location on PHX :)

Im very displeased with Regina on 44st and in Phoenix. I believe she got mad at me just because I paid with card and did not add a tip. When I asked for the receipt she looked at it then made a grunt and handed me the receipt and walked away and did see I had cash in my hand. I even waited a few minutes so she give her the cash but she still ignored me so I left. I definitely not happy.

Worst customer service from Addy. I walked in this afternoon for my 4 year old son. Addy was in the front with a very stern face , not greeting anyone. Well unfortunately she took my son to sit down and once she started the hair cut she started with some very rude comments to my child saying “stay still” & “don’t move” very rude. Keep in mind my child wasn’t even moving! I immediately cut it off and told her to not talk to my child like that. She’d replied with “ well I don’t want him moving “ I was like he wasn’t even moving and he is a child don’t talk to him in that tone. And don’t touch him! I immediately took him down the chair and walked away, we are never coming back. Poor customer service!

My brother came home from his haircut yesterday and he told us how the lady that was trimming his hair was constantly criticizing him. She first complained about his dandruff, and then was talking about his beard and that he shouldn’t even continue to grow it or something like that. I’m not sure if she was trying to joke around, but my brother did not find it funny. And according to my brother she was constantly checking her phone, like she would stop cutting his hair and then check her phone. I understand if it was important, but next time step aside. Overall according to my brother it was not a pleasant visit.

This is at the 44th St. and Thomas location. I took my 13-year-old daughter and my five-year-old daughter to get their hair trimmed. There was an older woman and a younger woman and it looks like from the reviews I’ve read, other people experience the same stylists. The older woman was fairly pleasant, but the younger woman was really bad. Not once did she come close to smiling or greet us welcomely at all! Definitely won’t be going back to this location. 😕

Today is Monday April 29th 2024, I just tried calling to ask who can cut my hair since Larry isn’t there anymore bc HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND HAD MAGICAL HANDS TO GIVE MY HAIR VOLUME AND MAKE THEM LOOK BEAUTIFUL!! So who ever the woman is that answering the phone right now KEPT HANGING UP ON ME WHILE TALKING OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! I did not say absolutely ANYTHING wrong except how good Larry was and THAT WAS IT!!! She hung up and recognized my phone number and wouldn’t answer until maybe 6-7 rings ONLY TO HANG UP ON ME AGAIN WHILE I WAS STILL TRYING TO ASK WHO IS AVAILABLE TO CUT MY HAIR TODAY!!!! Soooo unprofessional and RUDE!!! Wish I had a number on Larry bc he was the BEST!!! Maybe she’s just JEALOUS OF THAT FACT!!! (Also, to whom it may concern… I tried to send and email to the email you provided to others who had also made a complaint on “a rude lady” working there which is most likely the SAME LADY WHO TREATED ME LIKE CRAP THIS AFTERNOON, But ur is an invalid email address so I would like an actual phone number to speak to someone about how I was treated today by your employee !!

I just called I keep getting hung up the lady never gave me my glasses that were there she told me to go in the morning which I called and they told me to wait and now my glasses are no longer there from what they are saying I would like to get ahold of a real manager cause the one I just got off the phone with hangs up on me.

Wonderful service and worth the wait! Gloria cut my hair. I think that was her name! She was amazing, sweet, friendly, attentive, and greeted everyone who came in no matter how busy she was!!!!! I went in wanting an Aline Bob stacked in back and I am so glad I did this! I felt the relief instantly! Hope this helps my migraines! Honestly people with only 2 women attending people have some compassion! They were extremely kind and honest about the wait time!
