Shoutout to "Rocio"❣️ I feel so confident with my new haircut. She absolutely nailed it! I showed her a pic and gave a description (short above the chin, with layers, and yes, to hide my flat head. Ha!), and she executed it perfectly. My hair feels fuller, frames my round face beautifully, and is exactly how I always wanted it cut. Thank you, ROCIO, for making me feel and look beautiful! I don’t say that to myself often, but you helped me love myself a little more. I’m beyond happy with the results! ❤️

worst experience I ever had. Lady who did my haircut she is so Harry even she didn't trimmed my hair well. And so rude, unprofessional. I already call customer service and they said owner will call you back. Last 1 year I am cutting my hair at great clips but this location is completely missing horrible. I request owner please call me.

It’s a $20 haircut so you can’t really expect anything crazy but every time I’ve gone I feel like they do a good job. I just get a blunt trim. Plus I’m in and out within 15 minutes. The staff is always really friendly and they make sure that I’m happy with the end result.

My son had got a haircut and he was very upset with it. It’s absolutely awful. Even though the price maybe less , I’d rather go somewhere else that’s twice the price but a better haircut. Absolutely awful experience. Never coming here again

Been here a few times. This last time was awful. The lady glanced at the style I wanted and basically cut my hair the way she wanted. While having a heated discussion with a coworker about work procedures. I felt very uncomfortable. My hair is way short and very uneven. For someone bragging they have been cutting hair for 32 years, I think you need to go back to school for a refresher course. Just a very awful and unprofessional experience.

I had been going to this salon for several yrs and would always call ahead to see when the gal I used (Marina) was working then would check in on-line. About 2 months ago, I learned she would be working until 5 pm that day so checked in on line and showed up at 4:30. Before I even said my name, the black gal (who appeared to be on her cell on personal facetime obviously knew that I was there to see Marina) immediately told me, keeping her back to me the entire time, that Marian had already left and would not be working again for another 5 days (I was due to leave town the following day for a week). I was obviously upset and wouldn't have closed my office early just to get there, and asked the gal to make sure she let Marina know I had come in then walked out the door. While I am certain that Marina would have recognized my name on the check in before she left, I would have thought she could have called and let me know she was leaving early (there were 8 people on the list under me and only 2 techs working?) but she never did call me back and at least apologize. I've decided to take my business elsewhere as obviously this location doesn't care.

I was taken as soon as I got there, but the hairdresser is not very kind and she left my hair shorter than I requested on the sides, not keeping the haircut I had as I had asked her.

On line checkin is a joke. Many times have checked in showing no wait, get there to half hour wait. Mediocre haircuts, hit or miss play take a chance.

The haircut was pretty decent or I would have rated it zero. There was hair on the floor from the last person, and when I left, she had not swept up before taking the next one. She didn't have a name tag or visible license, never told me her name, never smiled, acted like she was doing me a favor by cutting my hair. She didn't ask what I wanted, just put a cape on me. When I said I wanted a wash, too, she sighed and took it off again. She only used one shampoo, no rubbing of the scalp; my hair does not do well with only one shampoo. I tipped her decently. She never looked up or acknowledged me as I left.

Absolute worst place. Checked in on line and was told to be there in 45 minutes. 45 minuts later I showed up and the place wasl locked up with a note taped to the door saying "Closed". It was 2:00 PM on a Saturday. This is the second time this is happened.

Got on wait list online. Said 58 min wait. Got a text saying I was up in 15 mins. Went there and they were closed. Door locked and no lights Couldn't register for a wait list at another supercuts because website said I already had a reservation. So I'm going on my Friday evening date without my haircut and looking shaggy not very happy

Went there for the first time and was very pleased that i did! My fav now. Will be back!!
