Update- look how the incompetent "owner" replied. Just wow So I've had many haircuts here before but today was the worst haircut I've ever had ever! There is no going back cuz it's not like she can glue my hair back on. She chopped the back of my hair so incredibly short, nothing like the picture I showed her and exactly what i told her I did not want. I clearly said NO taper and to keep it undercut like the picture. She made the back of my hair tapered and so freaking short that there is no way I can style it that will hide it. It doesn't even blend with the rest of my hair at all. I've been trying the last hour. I paid when I really shouldn't have and I cried in my car. I will show the picture I showed her what I wanted the back of my hair to look like, which was already the cut i had, just needed a tiny bit shorter from where it was and what I was left with on the back of my head, is so damn mortifying. It is the worst haircut I've ever had in my life and I have had some bad haircuts. I am so embarrassed and will likely just have to wear a hat for the next couple months while I wait for it to grow out. It was the goth girl (maybe named Kate) She's is highly incapable of listening to instructions and when called out, she said she was, "still learning my hair," whatever the hell that means- blamed my cowlicks... that are in the shaved part? Never ever coming back and i should've disputed paying for this mortifying experience that will last months.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of the inconsistency and subpar service at this location. My son has been a regular customer here, but today's experience was the final straw. The same lady who has messed up his hair before did it again - and this time, it was even worse. His haircut is uneven, with noticeable patches of uncut hair. It's clear that she lacks the skills and attention to detail required for this job. What's even more frustrating is that this isn't an isolated incident. This is the third time she's botched his haircut, and it's unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a basic level of competence and quality service. I'm baffled as to why this barbershop continues to employ someone who consistently fails to meet these expectations.

Deborah is without a doubt the rudest stylist ever. Your receipt has statement at the bottom that satisfaction on all services and products is fully guaranteed, I couldn't disagree more. From 0 customer service to numerous comments she had made during my kids haircuts such as "I won't be cutting anything twice, you make up your mind." "Have your son sit in the lobby, I don't want to get sick." Which I've explained that my son isn't sick., and I won't have my 4 year old toddler wait in the lobby amongst bunch of strangers, she continued on "He is sick." she clearly would start arguing, but I kept my cool and waited thru it, definitely longest haircut ever.. Not to mention when I asked what I wanted her to do for my son's hair , she shouted "I won't cut it like that.." as this woman has free choices over someone's hair yet I am your customer and I am the one paying. When the time came for my daughter's haircut which again, I regretted from the bottom of my heart, another lady wanted to do her hair but was at the opposite side of salon and my son wouldn't be happy to stay seated while I'm away.. so I said I'll wait either for her next chair or will have my daughter's hair done by the same stylist.. Deborah once again started making decisions as if I am not there.. "She can go over there!" nodding her head to point towards my daughter.. after numerous of times that I've told her I have no issues waiting and I have to stay near my son., she carried on to make decisions over my kid haircuts and that she wants my daughter to go to another chair.. I could go on but I've wasted enough time anyway.. this woman definitely needs to stay out of business where there is people to be around. Won't be coming back, this place has became a joke. , if I could give you 0 , I would. My invoice # 150585 , salon # 0915 , 02-10-2024 at 1PM, just so you can't tell me that this wasn't there, or I wasn't a customer. Also, as it was all recorded and will go on my YouTube channel as I do record my daily life vlogs , once again, you can't say that it didn't happen. A 40 minute wait at 11:15 on a Monday morning. They need to get some employees in there! I rearranged my whole day so I could come down here for a haircut, but I can't wait 40 minutes just to start the haircut. Unbelievable.

Can always get a great mens haircut here. I also bring my my kids here and they are always great with them. Every stylist here has always made just the right amount of small talk with me and that is great with me..

Rude stylist! ( ombre hair) I sent my daughter here to get her hair cut for her 18th birthday. She came back in tears, saying the stylist was rude, when she wanted longer curtain bangs, and the stylist went short because she didn't want her to "look like a lion." She clearly didn't know what to do. My daughter is very soft spoken and respectful, she just went with it and left, crying all the way home. Just be nice! I shouldn't have to write a review to warn others about rude service! Learn how to talk to people. Oh yea, and she charged her the price of the haircut, plus bangs, and she just got a trim. When the guy next to her got free neck beard and eyebrow trim with his cut.

The person working the front desk was very rude. I checked in on line for a 33 wait. 30 minutes later, I went in and was told it will be another 30 minutes because someone went to lunch. I asked for my mothers hair to be washed and styled and I needed a hair cut. She said we can not do style (incl. blow dry) because they are too short handed. I will never go back to this place.

Good for a basic haircut. They are pretty quick. It was not the same as when the stylist stayed and was friendly. Always new faces. I miss having the same stylist.

I do not remember the stylist"s name but she has cut my hair before. I was hoping the waitlist was in my favor and she was next up for me! always a very detailed haircut and she's a very nice person. I scored once again.
