I’ve been coming to this Great Clips for about two years now, getting my hair cut every 2 to 3 weeks. Overall, my experience has been good. Occasionally, there’s been a small mistake, but they’ve always fixed it without issue. However, my last visit was a disaster. A new stylist shaved off parts of my hair that I’ve been growing out for months, leaving noticeable chunks missing. Another employee had to step in to try and correct it. When I calmly mentioned that I wasn’t satisfied and pointed out the missing sections of hair on the floor, the person assisting her became defensive and snapped at me. She told me it wasn’t a big deal and that it would grow back, as if that made everything fine. This was the last straw. I’ve always been a loyal customer, tipping 20-25% every visit and communicating well with the staff. Yet, instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, they treated me like I was the problem for even bringing it up. The woman who snapped at me has known me for two years, but rather than addressing my concern, she walked off, visibly upset. I won’t be returning to this location—or any Great Clips—for future haircuts. I’ll take my business elsewhere where my concerns are respected.

When I walked in I felt very welcomed by the workers! I was nervous about cutting my hair because it had been about a year since I did a big chop. Jennifer was my stylist and she is the MASTER! If there was something I wanted to change or make shorter she was more than happy to fix it! She was so sweet and very professional! I have definitely found my stylist! Thanks Jennifer for doing my hair! I absolutely love it!

I have been going to Great Clips for almost 25 years I was lucky enough to find Jennifer L. She's the best of the best, I'm always happy with the haircuts she does, I changed to different hair styles every once in a while and she always does a perfect cut. I needed a Great Clips location in the 85048-zip code. Fortunately, I found Jennifer L., at the 1334 E. Chandler Blvd. (Suite 6) location. She is a great stylist and makes sure her customers are satisfied with her work. In addition to that she is a sweet, down to earth, woman, who truly cares about people. I have been going there for years and it is because of the quality of her cuts!

I have been a client of Great Clips for a L O N G time now! The main reason is my stylist JENNIFER! Always pleasant, always smiling. Whether it's a regular visit, or when I look like a shaggy dog, Jennifer remembers the style, the amount I (my bride) want cut and always knows if I am in a hurry or have time to chat! I have been a long-time customer of Great Clips in Ahwatukee and have always had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walk in I am greeted warmly by the staff. The salon is always clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. My stylist, Jennifer Lynch, is professional and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I want. She offers suggestions and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. The haircut itself is always great and exactly what I want. One of the best parts about Great Clips is their convenience. With online check-in, I am able to skip the wait and get in and out quickly. I like the reservation app that reduces my wait time to almost zero. Jennifer is great. She cuts my hair perfect every time, and gets me out of there in 15 minutes, or less. PERFECT !!!

Luckily he found Jennifer L. who met all expectations of a retired barber’s son. She listens, takes her time but isn’t too slow, and has great rapport with her clients!
