Great service, walked right in, sat down in minutes with husband for a quick haircut, took no time at all. Ladies were super nice and did exactly what we asked and we were in and out! Highly recommend for $19 quality haircut done very quickly and easily!

I checked in online, arrived in time and informed the stylists. I waited a few minutes and then had a stylist intentionally skip me for a walk-in who was waiting when I got there. No explanation. Their computer screen facing the customers is broken so I couldn’t see that I was next even though I was expecting to be, but the stylist who eventually cut my hair confirmed it and apologized. I thought the whole online check-in thing was supposed to avoid this. It only cost me an extra 15 minutes but it’s aggravating. My stylist gave me a discount for the extra wait, which I appreciated, but there are too many other options out there to have to deal with customer disrespect.

I'm giving 2 stars to Karla. I told Karla I like the sides and back 2 high and tight. She faded with a 3 clip because idk why, but I had her fix it. I also told Karla to not cut the top and she started cutting it anyway. Not to mention my side burns and ears look like garbage. I usually get a good cut at great clips but this one was worthless won't be back at this location again.

I was able to check in online. Was notified of the time available. When I arrived, I was called within 5 minutes. The tech that worked on my hair was very personable and did a great job!

Robin and Heather are fantastic! I went in for a haircut yesterday, and Robin was my stylist. She was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my preferences. I walked out feeling/looking like a million bucks. For the price, this was one of the best barber shop experiences I’ve ever had. I'll be back!

I have been to Great Clips all over the country, but Alycia here at the Ahwatukee location has by far been the best stylist I have ever had. Unrivaled haircut, not just for the price!

I went in for a haircut several months back. My hair was cut by Yolanda. She told me she had come from a place in Scottsdale that charged $120 a cut. She cut it & told me if there was a problem to come back. It looked choppy & wouldn't lay well so I did go back. Instead of just fixing the choppiness she gave me a whole different hairstyle which did turn out ok. So I went back the next time & was going have her do my hair & she said she would not cut my hair bc she couldn't please me. So I had another stylist cut my hair. Yolanda told this stylist, in front of a client, I won't cut her hair & good luck with me (as if I was a difficult or demanding client). Anyway I went back recently. When I walked in Yolanda looked at me & immediately said, I won't do her to another stylist. Of course, this was right in front of a another client again. She could have said hello or welcome to Great Clips or something more positive but she chose rudeness once again. I guess her ego took a hit. That doesn't mean I have to be treated like a second rate customer! I would like to say that that day Cecelia gave me an excellent haircut! I will be going back to her. She was also very kind & professional. 5 Stars to her!!!🤩

There is no way to put into words how thankful I am that I found this place! It was by “accident” as I had gotten a horrible haircut the day before at different salon, and I came to this place hoping they’d be able to fix it. Not only did my stylist fix my hair-she gave me my favorite haircut of my entire adult life!!! She patiently listened to me describe what I didn’t like about my previous cut, and also as to what I was looking for in a fix. She went absolutely above and beyond to give me the literal haircut of my dreams!!! She checked with me several times to make sure I was happy, especially about length and volume since those were what I was most upset about before I came in. I can’t stop looking in the mirror and people have not stopped telling me how great it looks. I have found the best stylist around and I am beyond thankful that I sat down in her chair!! Not to mention that the shop was clean, tastefully decorated, and even though they were busy, I had no (0 min.)wait because they had so many stylists cutting hair. Thank you from the bottom of my heart-for my best cut ever! ❤️

Went to the Great Clips in Ahwatukee next to Safeway last week. I don't recall the name of the barber but she was a blond older lady. She rushed through the job, left hair on the back of my neck, the sides were uneven around the ears and other things. I will not be going back to Great Clips. If you want a good haircut try someplace else.

Disappointed in the haircut. He cut off significantly more hair than I asked him to and overall I just don’t think it looks that good. Doubt I’ll be back.

Went to GC for a haircut and the lady did EXACTLY OPPOSITE of what I asked her to do. I asked her for the same cut I’ve asked for for 10yrs. She took it upon herself to change it and said “this will look much better, I need to do it this way, I need to do it like this etc.” these “professionals,” should cut hair how the customer wants their hair cut. NOT what they think we need. I’ve been coming to GC for years around the country (travel for work) and I’ve never had a problem. Do not use this location or her.

Mr Robles was not a very attentive stylist. I am assuming he wasn't on his "A game" due to drugs or a bit hungover. Terrible cut. When I told him I didn't like how the one side is longer than the other - he was quick with the attitude. I understand working in the public can be difficult, but coming to work and not being sober is completely unacceptable.

So I showed the lady the picture in the maroon shirt as an example of how I would like it. And they went ahead and cut my hair this freaking short. It’s also lopsided on the top to where I can only style it combed to side. Like here is an example. Get me close to that cut and we good. Before I could say anything she just went HAM with the clippers and I couldn’t say anything after that. Ughhhh. Thanks lady.

The pictures talk for themselves! David was the stylist. And if he would stope talking so much about his mom and his great trip and get to know the person in the chair he would have found out that I just lost my mom and it was extremely hard to have to listen to him and I think you should have paid more attention to the cut!! And I’m so glad I did not take you up on your offer to color my hair! FYI, I did not ask for different lengths on opposite sides of my head! Thanks for a mess :(
