I had a wonderful experience at Great Clips! I asked for a dry cut and for the stylist to be very gentle—it was the most gentle haircut ever. She was so accommodating, and I love my new cut! I also really appreciate being able to check in online, which makes it easy to go on a day when I’m feeling good. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable, and caring haircut experience, I highly recommend Great Clips!

One of the ladies at Great Clips at this location butchered my hair this week! Seriously, toddlers with shears would have done better. I suggest the management provide her with more training. Her colleague did his best to fix her mistake, but my hair is beyond repair. All I can do is wait for it to grow out.

The manager was by herself and did a great job on being quick and doing the haircuts right. I was not impressed about the lady who took a shift to cover someone else and was extremely late on getting to work. 5 stars for the manager, no stars for the late worker.

I go here like once a month. I've gotten good and bad cuts. It's sometimes what happens. Be sure to really know how you want your hair cut, less of a chance of a bad cut that way.

We were walk-ins with no wait. The hair stylist was patient with my son and gave a great haircut and was time efficient. The staff even let him have a lollipop at the end. The haircut was affordable and the customer service went beyond my expectations. Will be returning. 😊

If i could give this place 0 stars i would i had an appointment scheduled and when i got there the barber i got was thereza i asked for a mid taper side and back she said ok and when she got to the cutting part she insisted that it was a mid-high fade, when i let her know thats not what i wanted she let me know that its the same thing even though i told her it wasnt but didnt wanna argue with her i asked for it skin and she gave me a 1-2 not blended out correctly i asked for a of overhand cut off from the sides only and she went along and cut all the bulk in the back that took months to grow out even though i told her i didnt want any cut from the back i like it bigger in the back i asked for no hair cut from the front (whats hanging over my forehead) and she went anyway to cut over an inch off the front i asked her not to i asked for the hair behind my ears to not be shaved however she shaved it, she litterally did the opposite of everything that i wanted When i let her know that this wasnt what i asked for she got annoyed with me and was mad. This is genuinely the worst haircut i have ever gotten😕

Maria did my nieces hair today, just a shampoo and trim but she was so patient and so kind to us both! Her customer service and warm energy was such a nice surprise for somewhere like great clips. I will definitely be bringing her back just for Maria!!

Really hit or miss here. Every time I've come in the last two years there are different stylists, either the turnover is super high or they have a few dozen stylists rotating thru. I've given three stars as most of my haircuts from here have fair to good even a few great ones; but the one I got today was quite poor. The lady who cut my hair seemed to be in a bad mood. Used the clippers a little with a bit more zeal than I'm used to. I think that just about every time I've gotten to the end of a cut they ask if you want them to put something in your hair to style it. She didn't she just dried it with the blower and left it. She showed me my hair in the mirror, it looked like a crow died on my head, my hair falling over my forehead like a beak and the tail sticking straight up in the air like a mohawk. Why she thought this was acceptable I can't guess, but she pulled off the gown and said you're good to go. I looked like the lead from Flock of Seagulls, two other stylists in there as well, not one word. I would have said something but it'll grow out and once I got home it looks ok with some product. I'm sorry you were having a bad day, but my hair didn't do anything to you, but it hopes you feel better.

You were super friendly, multi tasking, helping your team mate with pc system, answering phone, smiles and super happy disposition. You have no idea how much joy you brought us, and we walked in for a hair cut. Appreciate your service with kindness💜
