I asked for the LENGTH to be kept, showed the lady multiple pictures of how I wanted my hair, and she CHOPPED All my hair off!!! I can't even style it and Christmas is 3 weeks away and I have a boys haircut now!!

This is the back of my sons neck after his cut. He told the lady it was hurting. She also told my son that not all people believe in Heaven. Not okay conversation to have with my 7 year old!

went in for a haircut and trim on my bangs. left with wet hair (i thought places still blow dried your hair - not a style but just like to dry it. guess not) and my hair is two different lengths. one side is almost an inch longer than the other. everyone inside was super nice but this is the worst haircut i’ve ever gotten. i now have to pay for another haircut for someone else to fix it which is irritating because this economy is already hard as it is. UPDATE: after this fiasco last time they had me come in to fix my hair. they also mentioned that my next haircut would be free due to the inconvenience and how bad it was. fast forward a few months (today) i decided to give them ONE LAST CHANCE. the haircut went super well!! it was cut by a different person this time and she did great!! however when it came to check out they told me i would have to pay full price as they did not see my free hair cut in the notes. i was confused and a little flustered but took out my card to pay. i have no problem paying i was just confused and not expecting it. the other stylists in the salon said they “don’t give free haircuts and that so many people have been lying and scamming them”. they were very rude about it. i let them know around the time when it happened and that i was reached out to after my review. they said they couldn’t find it. i said i would pay for it but i was just confused. they then made a few more rude comments and called the manager. i spoke to the manager and she apologised, found the email correspondence from before and told them that my haircut should in fact be free. i will never be going back just due to them being so disorganised and the RUDE staff.

0 star Disappointed with Haircut Service for Child. I recently took my daughter to Great Clips( 20235 N Cave Creek Rd Ste 105, Phoenix, AZ 85024) for a haircut on 07/12 around 7pm,I was left very disappointed with the following: Wet Hair After Haircut: After the haircut was complete, the stylist left my daughter's hair soaking wet. Blow Dry Refusal: I specifically requested a blow dry for my daughter as she has asthma and can't tolerate wet hair. She had been in hospital for influenza just few months back, so I was very concerned. Unexpected Charge: The stylist then informed me that a blow dry would be an additional $25 charge. If she blow dries free , she will be in trouble she said. My daughter didn't come with wet hair and it was done by stylist to cut hair. So it remains responsibility of stylist to get the hair back to original condition or ask for permission before wet hair. I was not informed of this beforehand, otherwise i could have opted not to wet hair at all.. It was also concerning that the stylist wouldn't accommodate my request for a basic drying considering my daughter's health condition. It shows lack of empathy and lack of understanding of kid's needs in a salon. Overall, this experience fell short of my expectations to a great extent. The lack of communication regarding drying options and the refusal to address my daughter's needs was unacceptable and it was first time in 10 years of my great clips experience in the valley. I will never come and recommend this salon to anyone ever.

Ugh, Theresa was the employee who cut my hair, and she would not stop talking about herself and her stuff. I don't mind some chit chat, but she was nonstop talking about herself, her boyfriend, and her life! Then when I paid, she did not say thank you for my business or for the 25% tip I gave her! I will never go here again!!!

I am a federal employing the eye of the public and went there for a haircut. Even after explaining what I wanted the lady cut my hair so short I can’t even stick it down with extreme gel. She faded my sides and back so high it goes over the top of my head. She left my neck hairs a 2 and trimmed my neck line in an upside down frown. I refused to go back and have it fixed because I can’t loose anymore hair!! She didn’t follow any direction from me or what is actually printed when I check in. I didn’t see the full results until after I showered. I had to go to work like this. I am so embarrassed and clearly will NEVER return. Not sure what her name was but older white lady with bright white-ish hair. I am contacting my bank Tuesday to see about reversing the charges. DON’T GO HERE!! I took lots of pictures too!!

I actually had a very pleasant experience. I got a decent cut and the stylist didn't talk my ear off the whole time. She just efficiently did her job and sent me on my way. It is always a bit hit and miss but it was a very pleasant experience this time.

I would like to give 0/5 stars. Terrible service. Very unfriendly. I asked her to move my part and she said “it really doesn’t matter.” It really does, because the haircut is completely uneven when parting my hair in the usual place. Do not ask for layers, they are incredibly choppy. I asked for 1 inch off and got more like 2.5. It’s worth the money to go to a real salon. Lesson learned.

If you do not mind getting your hair cut done by some frustrated psychopathic loser you go here. Unfortunately today was my day when she took the trimmer and attacked my head as if it was a competition against time. Pathetic place and mentality of the barbers here. They live in their own well and no one can help them.

This location used to have awesome stylists and was my goto location, but recently both me and my son’s haircut was horrible experience, first of all the new stylists don’t have patience and lack basic common sense of understanding customer’s needs, when I was explaining my requirements the kind of faces the stylist made was first red flag, moreover for my son’s haircut he left with bruises behind ears, if you aren’t able to cut a kid’s hair be transparent and admit it in the beginning itself. I hope the management trains the new stylists and provides them opportunities to do better, I don’t recommend this location unless the previous stylists come back.
