I've been going to Great Clips for many years and I, generally, request the same stylist who does a great job, however, this time I really needed a cut and my regular stylist's schedule did not fit my needs. Nothing happens by accident and I found Ashley P. at the Valley Crossroads location. She was great, she asked me what I wanted and listened to my concerns. Plus, she has a great personality and we bonded over our ❤️ of furbabies, lol! I'm glad I found her and will be requesting her in the future.

Just have to start with I’m old and I hate getting my hair cut! It’s been a little over 3 years since it’s been cut! I put a bun on the top of my head everyday and just forget about it! It was stringy and terrible and past my waist. So today it was necessary- Austin did an amazing job! He was kind and courteous without pandering and seeming fake!

This Great Clips is amazing! The people are always friendly, you can check in online so you dont have to wait long and the hair cuts always look great. They listen to the feedback you give them and take detailed notes so when you come in the next time you get consistent results even if you get a different person. Highly recommend.

The team at this location is excellent! Every haircut has been by someone who cares about their work. I just had a really nice haircut from Claudia, and now I’m feeling ready for the week! The team also showed me a good product to try which was on sale which was much appreciated. Check this location out!

My hairstylist is Nancy & it’s always an amazing haircut! She listens to what I’m asking for and asks all the questions to make sure I know what I’m getting myself into and double check we’re on the same page.

See when I was tryna tell the lady that one side wasn't the same length she was all oh stand up maybe cause it's slanted or something because of how your sitting. So I stood up so she could finish cutting my hair... and I thought it looked ok.. wasn't that bad.. but now a day later, I keep finding like whole patches of hair that just are longer and I'm like wtf. Definitely not going back. Shouldn't have given her any tip because she was not good... she literally asked me if I wanted it all one length and I said yes. This is not one length... the hair on the back if my head is two different lengths.. the top layer is a bit shorter like an inch or so shorter than the bottom layer of hair... ima have to go somewhere else to have somebody fix this because WHAT is this.. and I'm not the type of person to confront someone about something like this so I just smiled and said yea it's good. She was also I think chewing gum or something while doing my hair so all I heard the whole time is her smacking her lips.. not a pleasant visit.. please just hire better people.. I'm not tryna have a Karen cut thankssss.. I mean honestly though maybe she just wasn't having a good day or something she might usually be super good but from my experience yesterday.. immediately no..

Stylists are friendly and accurate, at least the one I had here. Don't know her name but it was a pleasure to be in her chair!

I called to get an appointment and Nancy said I had to do it online. I go online and it told me online check in is not available. I call back and get Nacy again and she told me she doesn't have anything to do with online. I simply asked how I can get an appointment she was rude and told me I can try online later or walk in and take my chance of a wait. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Didn't offer to trim ears or sideburns. Maybe could have been cut shorter however I may not have made myself clear on that. I usually tip in cash but had to put on card this time.

Usually pretty quick in and out. Nice friendly hair dressers. Fair price I guess. Hair dressers maybe need to take a little time making sure hair is cut evenly. Great spot. Close by. Easy. Thanks Greta clips :) keeping me cool in the summer :p
