I usually cut my own hair and have done well over the years, but decided to try something new on my hair and didn't like the outcome, so I went to (seemingly) a professional to blend everything together. It was right after work, so why not just stop over? Horrible mistake. All she did was chop my bangs way too short, while telling me there's nothing that she could do to help and had no advice, except just use a flat iron. I didn't think she'd charge me because she literally made it worse, but I was expected to pay full price for a bangs trim. They did not need to be any shorter, now they just look horrendous. I didn't want to just refuse to pay and start anything, because it was $10, but it was the worst I've ever felt leaving a salon. I had to go buy headbands to cover it up until everything can grow back out. Not only that, but my husband went to the same exact salon a while ago for the first time since he needed a slight trim, only to end up with choppy short hair that he was unhappy with. I don't usually complain like this, but I could not keep quiet with bad I feel and how we have been disappointed on both occasions.

My son’s hair was totally uneven and he had a ton of hair on top that was not blended or even cut. I had to return to the store and get this hair fixed by someone else who I had to tip.

I wanted a tapered men’s haircut, and I don’t even know how to describe what I got, man just look at it. I just lied and said I liked it then immediately had to go somewhere else to get it fixed because this was AFTER I tried to get them to fix it, so it was even worse before.

Finally, a blunt cut, straight across the bottom, without steps, or feathering, or Jenn Anniston curtains, or bangs... just, simply, straight across the bottom. It looks nice and clean and tidy. My hair is (now) about 2in lower than my collar bones (when it's dry and lightly ironed straight). Walk in /online booking was easy.

Great Clips needs to use AI to adjust wait time on their App…normally App works but today I had a 35 minute wait after using App…Staff was friendly but it was taking awhile for them to get through the queue and App should have reflected the wait to allow customers to come later or do other stuff…

Unprofessional. Asked for a simple head shave and it was poor. Missed spots and long hairs left and I haven't even looked at the back yet. I told her not to fade the sides even though I have a beard. She was argumentative and difficult. She pretended like she had no idea what I was talking about. After telling her do not fade the sides 3 times, she did it anyways then lied about it. Talking to her was like trying to reason with a demon. Went home and shaved the sides down myself. $30 for this. Ok. And I still tipped. Supercuts has always been a better experience and what I get is cheaper there. Always happy to tip more generously there. Elliots down the street is excellent too, but that's on another level.

Great Clips is my go-to salon for a quick and fantastic haircut! The stylists are always friendly, professional, and they truly listen to what I want. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I appreciate the convenience of their online check-in system. Plus, the prices are reasonable for the quality of service you receive. I did an online check in and was told that the wait would be 20 minutes, over an hour later I was still waiting with 3 people ahead of me. All that I needed was a simple trim, so I walked out and will go elsewhere. FYI, when I walked out I was person 4 of 5 waiting and the estimated wait time on the computer was saying 33 minutes. There were only 2 girls working that I could see, one walked out just as I was at my 20 minute wait mark.

I have been here a total of 3 times and this last time will be my last usually lahna I believe is how you spell her name does a great job but I showed this other lady a picture and she didn't even look at it and you can tell she just didn't care at all she didn't ask if how I wanted my sideburns or the back square or round she didn't ask anything or even care I would tell you her name but she wasn't friendly enough to say say it
