I just had one of the worst hair cut experiences of my life here. Initially my stylist (Jody I believe she said her name was) , seemed nice and listened to what I wanted (a basic layered cut) and asked me a couple questions and it seemed like she understood what I was looking for. She was moving very quickly and seemed to be really rushing through the cut. By the end of it I really was unhappy with specifically the front pieces of my hair, as I could visibly see they were uneven. I specifically asked her if she could even them out and she said “no, it’s supposed to be like that”. I was so taken aback by that response that I didn’t know what else to say and quickly paid and left with tears welling up in my eyes before I even made it out the door. See the attached picture, it is wildly uneven and on one side it looks like it was bluntly cut straight across and the other side looks like it’s more tapered/angled. I also felt like she took off much more length than we initially agreed upon. We discussed taking off about 4 inches and by the time it was done, it was much closer to what seemed like 6 inches. I should have known better than to go at the end of night knowing the employees might be rushing to get out but I was truly desperate for a hair cut and went against my better judgement. If your going to go here, absolutely do not go at the end of the night.

Natalie did a wonderful job! Listened to what I wanted and did just that. Everyone is wonderful at this location. Prompt but also thorough. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable well executed cut.

I actually got the haircut. I’ve always wanted. She did exactly what I asked her to do and it’s beautiful. She was professional, but sweet boy did she do a good job!

Monica is wonderful I don't know how she puts up with me. Every hairstyle she gives me is great. I'm very indecisive about what I want done and she always works with me and does a wonderful job

Definitely will come back. I came here during rush hour because all other Great Clips had at least a thirty minute waiting time. This store was super quiet, with tons of space and the hair stylists were super gentle and kind. Got my hair clipped and super satisfied.

I have visited multiple locations in the North Hills Area over the past year and NO ONE knows how to cut bangs like Danielle does here. She is sure to ask thorough questions with how you want the cut to turn out and never lets me leave the salon looking botched. She is super friendly, down to earth, and always offers good chit chat. At this point, I only trust her with my bangs!

I made my appointment on line. Went to the shop on Route 8, Etna/Shaler. Didn't even wait minutes and was taken care of. The woman that did my haircut was great. Just the length I wanted and my style. Good.
