My haircut was great. Short enough on the sides to not need "styling" and long enough on top to comb.

This was the second visit for my Mother and I to get haircuts in the past 2 months. We experienced 2 of the best haircut experiences in the past 20 years.Kat listened intently to my mothers preferences and professionally executed her precise wishes. Casie cut my hair precisely to my wishes in one of the most courteous and professional manners I have ever experienced. Each styling station has comfortable chairs with each station partitioned which increases the guest experience by a heightened one on one experience with your stylist when describing your wishes. We used to go to the haircut salon closest to our home. The professional execution of my #1 fade and my mother’s haircut along with the BEST guest service I have ever experienced at a haircut salon, we will be driving past a couple closer salons to go here, every time, from now on. They are that Good!!

Would give it ZERO stats if I could. They SCALPED me and their guarantee means nothing. Despite "clip notes", apparently either they didn't read or didn't understand what was written at a prior appointment. THE WORST!!

Fast, affordable and decent. This place doesn't disappoint for the price. Also, most of the stylists are great with kids.

Good haircut at a reasonable price...cutters seem to enjoy their job, so it's not a hassle to wait, but I recommend getting the App, and "check in" before leaving the house.

Wonderful cut given by Jenn She also taught me a new way to dry.my hair to give it more bounce. I can make my hair look good without a lot of product.

I just visite on last Saturday. A worst employee in this franchise. A lady was very mad at me because I was telling her how I want my hair. She started to behave very rude and upset while cutting my hair that i got little hit by the scissor she was using, thank god nothing serious happen. Please be careful if you are visiting this franchise.

They did my sides great and the back but when it came to the front I said the smallest little bit cut in the front and she cut it really far up

Today July 29th 2023 around 3 p.m. my daughter wanted to get her bangs trimmed, that's all she wanted $17 to trim just the bangs A ridiculous fee along with a five-dollar tip silly me for being a nice guy The result, One very upset little girl Just looking at my receipt now I noticed that they also charged me $17 for a cut for a little boy 8 years of age that should have been $15 I almost forgot the uncomfortableness of my little boy after his haircut Even though he was wearing a cape His hair got down behind his shirt on his back and all over the front of him and he did not move or fidget Now my children don't like to speak up and fend for themselves However I do and I will Once we walked at front door the complaining started my daughter's bangs which I did not see initially My eight-year-old son complaining how it's a he was down his back and the front cuz all that hair got down there which I did see and took notice after the cape was removed from the haircut When we were staying there I told him we will get you home and you could jump in the shower to get all the itchiness off I do not recommend this establishment We will not go back to any of these establishments if you paid us to Not only that we would not recommend this establishment to our worst enemy

Consistent haircuts for our little guy and easy to schedule time slots online. This location isn't the closest to me but I like it the most out of a 15 minute range.
