As a guy, it's nice to have a place that takes walk ins, you can check online to see how busy they are and make an appointment. Relatively convenient location. Typically not too long a wait. Prices are reasonable. Service is always friendly.

Terrible experience with waiting if you schedule an appointment you still wait 45 minutes. If you don't schedule an appointment you can wait over an hour. They kept changing my wait time. There were only two employees working. This used to be an excellent place to get a haircut but has really gone downhill and I would strongly suggest you go to any other hair salon to get your hair done. Having had my hair done here several times the experience was average at best and sometimes my haircuts were pretty terrible.

I have been going to Asia at Great Clips on Browns Hill in Pgh, pa. She sold me some sexy hair products and one spray was defective. I returned with it and Asia was not there. One of her staff refused to take the return…she was rude and condesending about it. She did temporarily get it to work and it stuck again! I guess the refund was coming out of her pocket, maybe? Anyway, 40 years in retail and I have never spoken to a client that way! I love the way Asia cuts my hair, she is an artist, unfortunately because of 1 employees poor customer service I am not returning! Gemma

Great team at Walnut Place with Asia in charge! Got a crew cut with clippers on #2. Too many hairs missed and sticking up when I got home and looked into the mirror.

The stylist left too many hairs sticking up in the back of my head. I didn't notice until I got home. Most of the stylists go over that particular area with the electric shear. I guess I should of instructed her in this particular problem area.

Revised review: after a not so great experience my first time here, I have been back multiple times since and received great experiences each time. I will be returning and I recommend this location highly.

Cheap, efficient, and quick haircut. Don’t expect any frills. This location doesn’t have student discount.

Had an awesome walkin experience at Great Clips in PGh. I was visiting my daughter and needed a cut. Went there. Asia, the stylist took me. Did my cut in a timely manner. Very clean establishment and very nice employees. I'm from Erie and this was over the bridge from homestead.

Worst possible haircut I have received in the past 10 years. I asked for a faded cut and came out with nothing on my head. Have to get a cap to walk out in public.

Wouldn't recommend the one on Brownsville Rd. Will never go back ever, one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten.
