Good day Great Clips! Alright here it comes and this is just being a constructive criticism hopefully your hair dresser can learn from it. Last year I went to this location and a young man with very short hair and tattoos cut my hair and he didn’t really have the confidence and was constantly asking another hair dresser for advice on my hair. The fade kept getting higher and higher. Asked for another help cause they were trying to save my hair from destruction. It ended up a disaster but I told him it’s okay! It’ll grow back and hope he learns from it. So I got him and buzzed all of my hair. Fast forward to a year later, the same guy was there still asking questions to another hair dresser on how to finish up one of his customers. So I was getting a little nervous. So an older lady was cutting my hair and asked for a fade, 1&2 but she buzzed all the way up and ended up looking like a cockatoo. It was horrible yet again. She never even took out a mirror to show the back cause she knew it looked horrible. So whoever owns this place can you please have a team meeting with your hair dressers? It really is awful and I have yet again have to buzz my hair. Please can you put more efforts in cutting gentleman’s hair? As you can see I have given it a try again but I hope that someone finds a way to perhaps show how to properly do a fade? Thank you so much

I don't know the hair dressers name but she was speeding through my haircut and gave me a high taper fade instead of a low taper fade. She didn't really give me time to see it in the mirror and didn't show me the back at all. The back was blended horribly.

Had Gina cut my hair...I asked for an inch to be taken off but Gina cut it down to an inch....my bangs are so short I want to wear a hat till my hair grows..Don't let Gina cut your hair

Erica R. is honestly the BEST hair dresser in this neighborhood. Not only does she always get me cleaned up, she knows how to stay up to date with what’s on trend so I don’t feel silly when I come in asking for a specific aesthetic. This takes YEARS of professional experience and really look forward to seeing Erica here every 2-3 weeks for my cleanup.

There are only 2 or 3 barbers here who can cut a fade. Jesse is the best there. I can’t remember the names of the other two. They are decent. If I can get their names I’ll add it to my review. Learn from my mistake. If you get any sort of fade, only schedule Jesse. The others will jack your hair up so bad. The worst part is when you ask them they say they can do it - hence, my 3-star review. Other than this the place is super clean and staff are friendly. My hair experience: I’ve been getting fades (medium bald fade) for 14 years now. I don’t expect perfection but at this point I know whether a barber was taught or learned to cut a fade correctly.

There's a stylist her name is Kaye she's phenomenal and everywhere I go I get compliments on hairstyle ,she does beautiful work and I recommend her always ,just yesterday I was asked where I got hair done I said great clips dormont by Kaye ,I believe she's about to get very busy ! Everyone is kind at this great clips ,Kaye is one of those great souls,peace

Worst hair cut saloon I have been in my life. The lady stylist ruined my sons hair. I don't have experience but I can cut better than her. NEVER AGAIN
