I brought my son to get hair cut and the older white female showed such a dis respect to black hair I have ever seen.....you are suppose to be a hair cut place but I guess just for white people....please do better....my son left really un happy

This place is a chop shop. The staff is unprofessional, asking my son if he wants a mohak and barely cutting his hair. And my husbands hair cut looks like they just ran a clipper over everything. No style or consistency with what he had previously. Never going back.

Disappointed. The newly hired hairdressers require additional training to enhance their skills and ensure they meet the standards. This will be beneficial for their professional growth and will contribute positively to the salon's reputation.

Trina did an amazing job on my finance’s hair! He has stick straight & fine hair that can be challenging to not leave peaks and valleys but Trina rocked it and got it done quickly and was super friendly! Very nice fade work as well! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!! :)

Been bringing my little boy here since he was a baby, staff is always great with him, and he feels comfortable here. He enjoys it so much he sits still and nearly every person that has cut his hair comments he's more relaxed and still than most adults. Cuts are great, and he really likes he gets a sucker when he's done. The times we are waiting in the line, there is a good place for breakfast/lunch next door, and a Biggby a couple doors down in the same complex. Of the other great clips I've been to, this one is my favorite.

I checked in 30 min prior, was given a check in time and a text stating 15 min until they we're ready for my son. We waited an extra 30 min on top of the 15 min check in wait. Not once was I greeted by the girls. They were doing haircuts but spent more time talking than doing their job. Very disappointing will not be back

I had one of the best experiences at Great Clips today. My stylist was Cora and let me say, she was an outstanding stylist. Her customer service was beyond amazing, she knew exactly what questions to ask and she made sure she was well aware of what I wanted before she started. I got a simple shampoo and haircut, nothing crazy, yet she made the shampoo feel like a high end spa and the confidence she expressed with the cut made me feel like I was going to highly known artist. Cora was so nice and welcoming, she didn’t hesitate or make me feel at any discomfort. I would highly recommend going to her if you want your hair DONE RIGHT!

Never again will I come here. I desperately wanted a haircut and didn’t want to wait for my regular stylist so I decided to come to this location. I should have trusted my instinct. I left thinking my hair was great until I went home and straightened it. Definitely uneven and some hair was missed. I go back, the lady “fixes” it. Go back home, and style it again and it still doesn’t look right. Later in the evening after work I’m really analyzing it and realize it’s way worse than I thought. Most uneven haircut I’ve ever had!!! I ended up going to a different location to have it try to be fixed. I was already traumatized but I desperately wanted it fixed so luckily the girl who cut it for the 3rd time was able to fix it pretty decent. It’s still not 100% but a lot better than before. I learned my lesson. DONT CHEAT ON YOUR HAIR DRESSER!! *all photos are from before going and getting it fixed a 3rd time
