7 months ago my review was 5 stars. We have been there 2x since and each time we keep getting a lady that is incompetent. I was hoping to get someone else today and we wound up with her because the other hairdresser left. Rating: minus 5 I showed the stylist a picture of his last cut (which was great-somewhere else). The woman does not know how to cut hair bottom line. It looks chopped, she does not have the skill to blend hair. I did not leave a tip because the cut and shave were $35 and I’m going to need to get it corrected. Looks like she took a weed wacker to his hair, HORRIBLE! He’ll be wearing a hat until I can find another place to get it corrected. Yes, they offer to correct it but not going back. Pretty sure it will be worse. She also cut my hair a few months ago and I left very upset. She put something in my hair and I looked greasy on top of a bad cut. My hair was mid length and wound up with a horrible very short chopped look. Unacceptable. Also, my time is valuable, therefore I will not be emailing the establishment. Things will not change. I see from another comment that the customer experienced a similar situation with it sounds like the same person and she’s still cutting poorly today.

I had one of the best haircuts from Saun. She took her time and followed my request. She is very sweet and wants to please her customer. Thank you so much ❤️

I can only give 5 stars for one stylist here, Rebecca Lamb (I've only had a couple stylists at this location). She cuts a perfect aline. Thanks!

I always like talking w the lady hair cutters. They do a nice job. Important to make sure directions on cut are correct. Always have 1 little back area that needs tweaking but other than that, great!

I came in with my son for us both to get cuts. My name was on 2x but one said plus 1 next to it it so I checked to make sure that they were both me. The manager stopped what she was doing to scold me and say of course they were for me and my son. My son went 1st and when it was my turn they skipped me.

They never cut my hair the way I ask. It's never awful but it's also never what I ask for. It's difficult to communicate when I don't speak Spanish with the hair dresser who only speaks Spanish

This is a horrible place. Save your money, and go to any other haircut shop. I know I'm never going to a "Great Clips" ever again. I walked in the other day to a horrible situation. I waited for a hair cut. Evidently those sitting in the seats come after those who make online appointments. I realize businesses say that online reservations give them the priority, but honestly that's an excuse to make more money. I started with a 22 minute wait that became a 35 minute wait because of a reservation. Cash in the seats can walk to a better haircut shop. They did that both to me, and one other person who was waiting after me. I sit down in a chair to a woman who doesn't speak proper English. I ask her for 3/4 inch on the top, and 1/2 an inch on the side. I give her visual references with my fingers so that she has an idea how long I want it. She takes 10 minutes clipping the tips of my hair (at the time it was about 4 inches long all around). I eventually ask her if she intends to cut my hair. She has a confused look on her face. I then take the same measurements, with the same display of length with my fingers, and I hold it up to my scalp. She proceeds to give me a Tom Peterson haircut. the top was significantly shorter then the sides, and the sides were uneven. If you are incompetent (as she obviously was) then find a different job. Don't punish people because you have no idea how to work. To your canned response: Your company really doesn't care about the impact you have on your customers (I've seen your responses). Thankfully it only cost me $22 to find out how much your workers don't care, and that was a very good lesson.

This review is overdue. June has cut my hair many times and I have always been pleased with the service. She does a great job and is a pleasure to chat with.
