At my first visit, I received a horrible hair cut. I complained to Corporate. The response from the franchise was not acceptable. I gave Great Clips a second chance +. Richard has been EXCELLENT. And a couple of others too. I expect to be a long time customer. Please don't let me down.

Very disappointed after I got home and washed my hair that she never took any thing off top and it was uneven my bangs had short an long hair I was not able to do anything had to gosome where else to get it fixed never again 😡 they still not cutting hair straight my daughter just got a haircut from Dena a few days ago she didn’t fix it claims my daughter needs to let it grow out it’s too long on one side iam never allowing my family to get a haircut there again 🥴

Gateway Great Clips has some hairstylist that should not be cutting hair. They have really bad attitudes when you tell them, and show them that they did not cut your hair properly.

Major health and safety issues. An Asian male was who cut my hair. I am not sure what his name is but he is also who checked me in when I came in. While sitting in the chair it felt like he was cutting my neck through the skin but I wasn’t entirely sure. He never even mentioned that he drew blood and cut through my skin and that he sliced the entire length of the back of my neck. He never even said a word about it. I’ve also never seen a single person disinfecting any hair cutting tools or blades etc. He is not following health and safety laws. He could be spreading diseases. To be honest, I feel like he intentionally cut the entire back of my neck. For whatever reason, he decided he didn’t care for me and decided to casually slice into the back of my neck. It’s one of 2 scenarios. He either has no idea how to properly cut hair, or he did it intentionally. Either way, he should never be allowed to cut hair. I have an open wound that is at least 6 inches in length. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Oregon Health Authority.

She butchered my hair! I asked for 1 inch. She cut off about 7! It’s uneven everywhere and looks horrible. I came in with a ton of Beautiful curly hair And when I left it had been brushed out and wet so I didn’t notice how much was cut off until I got home and dried it. i’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had somebody this careless cut my hair before.

I ALWAYS have my hair cut here, the location at Gateway. Mona is the BEST! I've been trying to do something with my hair in its awkward stage since growing out a pixie. She always does a great job. Another successful cut!
