The older woman who cut my hair was a little bit nervous about the way I wanted it done. She said she was unfamiliar with the style but instead of just guessing and messing it up she asked me specific questions along the way to make sure she got it right and she did an excellent job.

I will never go there again. I went in last night to get a hair cut, showed the lady two pictures, my hair is different lengths all over, it's so short I can't go somewhere else to get it fixed, and to say I didn't cry on my way home would be a lie. Before even looking at my hair having waves and curls she cut 6 inches off leaving less than an inch of hair on my head, she then saw when it started randomly curling upwards said "oh you have wavy hair." She used every tool possible for what should have been an easy cut, and she still ruined my hair. I will tell people not to go there. I got literally the temu version of a haircut and it's embarrassingly horrible. I'm contemplating buying a wig since I have a corporate holiday party coming up. Thanks for a waste of my time and $28, this women shouldn't even be allowed to own safety scissors.

I had never been here before. The first girl gad a bad attitude. But the food was really good and fresh tasting and looking. They give you good portions for a decent price.

It was probably the worst haircut I have had. She was nice as a person but did a terrible job, I can do better myself. She rushed through the whole thing, and everything is different lengths. The side burn cuts are different lengths and widths to a very noticeable point.

Took both of my son's to this location for a beginning of summer haircut. My oldest's hair was absolutely butchered, uneven all over his head and his bangs are crooked. My middle son came home and we quickly discovered he had head lice. They do not clean their hair tools. On top of these disasters the woman at the front counter was extremely short with us and rude, she rolled her eyes countless times and hugged and puffed with every question we had. We will not be coming back here again. I'm still trying to get the lice completely out of my son's hair. Absurd.

Walk in appointment. Waited for 30 minutes and they started taking walking who came in after me and made jokes about pampering a mom on Father’s Day and it would only be another “20 ish minutes, but we might go ahead and cut her kids hair first since they were adding mom on to their hair cuts.” Didn’t ask me. Just decided. So I stood up and walked out. Rude. I won’t be back.

I don't make reviews often but I just had to. I deeply regret my visit to the salon yesterday. I entered with hair nearly reaching my bra band, a length I had painstakingly grown out after losing a significant portion of it to weight loss surgery. I just wanted a 3-inch trim to rid myself of split/frizzy ends,l. I also requested layers and wanted to maintain my side bangs. However, the stylist completely disregarded my instructions. Despite my request, she cut my bangs almost straight across my forehead so now it like weird when I try to do side bang. It doesn't have the deep angle I usually have. Once I got home and looked at my hair closely, I discovered I didn't have layers but instead uneven steps. The length was drastically shorter than desired, barely grazing my shoulders. Now I either have to get another trim or live with what I have and wait at least 6 months for my hair to teach the length I originally wanted. It is probably the worst haircut I ever had. The only reason I've rated the salon two stars instead of one is because of positive experiences with them in the past. Not sure if I'll ever give them another shot.

I have been going here for years. I got a haircut in December that I really liked; the layering really brought out the wave in my hair. I went back recently for a trim, and the stylist this time did not speak much English. She cut a lot off my hair and ruined the layering, so I have cowlicks sticking out everywhere. I was finger-combing it before. I'm not coming back. I just won't look in the mirror for a month or two.

Don’t waste your money. My stylist left the mess of the person before me and used the same tools as the person before me without disinfecting them. Had the tools on the same towel as the person before me which had that persons hair ALL over it. Hair was uneven afterwards, layers were very choppy. Don’t suggest going at all 😐

If you go to the Great Clips on Washington St. DO NOT let Aurora cut your hair. She had no idea what she was doing, completely messed up my haircut, and then didn’t know how to fix any mistakes. She left hair at irregular lengths all over the place. She couldn’t fade my hair and cut it all one length all around. At one point she stepped away to ask someone else to try and fix the damage she had done and said “I’m going to see what she says before I keep hacking.”. I haven’t had a haircut this bad in a long time. Legitimately appalled right now

The very bottom of the barrel.I am very surprised that they are still in business.Mabe my part of the country is worst than others.I called our local talked to someone that told me that the 8.99 haircut coupon worked.Mabe she didn't understand what I was talking about and just agreed.She didn't speak English well enough to effectively communicate.I sent my son in there and she said the coupon code didn't work and didn't offer a solution.We went around in circles getting nowhere for hours, signing up for a 2 dollar coupon jumping through all kind of hoops with no solution.Talked to customer cooperate office .No help just a big goose chase. We will never take this business as a real solution when looking for a low cost haircut.WARNING DON'T WASTE YOU TIME HERE.

absurd. it says mullet, top of my haircut, mullet, she instantly shaves the back of my head to my disbelief. how, do you cut hair, and not know what a mullet is??? that’s ridiculous!! like come on!
