I usually have a good experience here, but today’s haircut was honestly the worst. The stylist barely touched my hair and just chopped it up with a comb—it was so uneven. I had to go to a barber shop right after to get it fixed. She didn’t even blow dry it properly, so I was pulling wet chunks of hair when I got home. Didn’t show me the back until I asked either. Really disappointing.

The person cutting my hair seemed really inexperienced, I got home and noticed out of place longer hairs and just how uneven my hair looked. had to fix it myself

Today’s visit was so great with a perfect haircut by the kind and talented Kiera! Thank you, Kiera! Also, I finally got the hang of using the self check in — I’ve realized self check in guarantees the quickest access to getting into the chair for the haircut — NOT walking in without checking in first! Otherwise, all the people who checked in online get seated first and the wait could be very long. No matter if you’re tech challenged, CHECK IN ONLINE! It’s worth it! Yay!

Felicia did a great job of cutting my hair as I had requested. She was friendly and easy to talk to while she cut my hair. I have yet to find anyone who is not friendly but still do their job professionally and gets you in and out very smoothly!

I have been to this place twice, once for my haircut and other for my spouse in a span of 3 weeks and we both liked their service. Place was very clean and staff was very professional and accommodating. They have ample seating place in case you need to wait. We made an online appointment which I believe helped us . Would definitely recommend this place.

Review from Oct 4th: Went in with an appointment at 5:30pm, which is a comfortable 30mins before they close. The lady started the hair well but was slow. As we got closer to 6pm (the time they close) she got frantic and left the back of my head incomplete. Refused to hold the handheld mirror for me to check. Unprofessional experience this time. Please bring the staff from last year back!

This was the worst hair cut I have EVER had. I do not usually leave negative reviews but I feel the need to in the situation to save anyone else from this awful experience. I went to the Wycliff location in Raleigh for a trim and long layers before my engagement party. I have never had a problem with great clips before so I did not think twice of this. The entire time the hair dresser was yanking at my hair and I had an awful feeling. I left with at least 6+ inches off when I had asked for the bare minimum to be taken off. My hair was FINALLY growing out and I was so excited to have long hair for my upcoming wedding but that ship has sailed! The layers were so botched and uneven another hair dresser had to step in. I finally told them it was fine just so I can get out of the chair without losing all my hair. I am now scrambling to get an appointment elsewhere for someone to fix this rats nest before my engagement party. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

Visited last Saturday and I have to say that it was one of the worst hair cuts that I've got in the last 10 years or so. The hair stylist took minimal efforts to see that my hair was done correctly. Looking at my hair, it is evident that there is no perfection. Hair on the right side of my face is trimmed very short and the left side has way more hair and my face looks assymetrical..! Hair just above my ears and also near the forehead also has extra length hair here and there in patches.. 2 of my friends even asked me if I had done a self haircut, such was the outcome..!!
