I went to this location on 1/26/25. I was shocked at the rude treatment I received by the stylist. When I was sat in her chair I asked to use a comb and to explain how I wanted to alter my current hair cut. She did not give me the chance to explain what I wanted in a hair cut. Instead she aggressively and rudely kept cutting me off. She never allowed me to explain how I wanted my hair cut. All she would do is tell me how she knew what she was doing and she had the notes from my last hair cut. Feeling that she had no interest in providing the hair cut I desired, I left her chair to wait for another stylist to be free, I was shocked that the rude stylist continued to aggressively berate me while sitting back in the waiting area. When I left her chair and had another stylist offer to cut my hair, the rude woman should have had no reason to continue speaking to me. Instead she sought to try to embarrass me in front of other customers. All because she could not let me express my desired hair cut.

I had a terrible experience at Great Clips on 01/17/2025, Friday. I checked in online and arrived at the store at 6:36 PM, well before the posted closing time of 7:00 PM. As soon as I entered and the bell rang, the staff member at the counter abruptly told me, “We are closed and not taking any more people.” Her tone was rude, and she refused service without any explanation. Feeling confused, I went back inside to ask why I was allowed to check in online if the store was closed. She claimed that they needed to clean before closing and had to leave for personal reasons. Despite there being two staff members and no other customers waiting, they refused to accommodate me even though there were 20 minutes left before closing and one more staff was available. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she dismissively told me to go ahead and proceed with it. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, as I left and sat in my car, I saw her dancing inside the store and seemingly mocking me. This was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Great Clips. I expect better service and professionalism, especially as a loyal customer for 15 years.

Stylist provided a terrible haircut. The hair length was shorter on one side vs. the other. I asked the stylist to trim my mustache which takes a whopping 60 seconds. She said if any facial hair is cut, it's an additional $10.00. Previous Great Clip stylists were happy to run the razor across the bottom of my mustache. Again, takes 60 seconds.

Went here 12/13 at around 9:30-10:00 Stylist was rude and unprofessional never coming back to this location again. Tried to Comb through my boyfriend’s hair (curly hair) without wetting it first. Made rude comments about how we waited too long to cut his hair. She cut it way too short, even with showing a reference. She nipped him three times in the ear, without an apology. Did she even go to cosmetology school for a degree? I would like a refund and this is absolutely ridiculous.

When I went there for a haircut, the man who did it was quite conversational and polite.I was pleased with the services and will definitely return here for my next hair cut soon. Many thanks

I called in at 4.45pm asking if i can come to have hair cut for my kid at 5pm. The lady said yes and when i went there, first lady was so rude and the other guy asked me to sit. They spoke something and the other guy asked us to leave. I wasted a trip here. Really? Why ask to comw and ask me to leave. Stupid people, i will never go there.

I normally take my son to this place or other locations, as i have for years. Figured I'd give it a shot for myself, for just a trim. I even commented about how I have been cutting my own hair for years, but thought I should leave it to the professionals, since I was probably walking around with uneven hair.. needless to say, I had way too much confidence when I left. Continued to run errands all day. I did not bother to check the mirror until the evening. That was when I noticed how terribly uneven it was. Also she cut off 5 inches for the "trim." Already reached out to the to the customer service email, prior to this review; I'm sure there will be an auto reply from this review about reaching out. I considered going back to fix it, but seriously not going to gamble with it. I have since fixed it myself, had to cut off 2 inches on the left side to make it right. I'm sure it's not the best trim job that I did, but no thank you. Not doing that again. Posting the original hack job..then the after I "fixed it."

Asked for 1/2 an inch off the top and ended up getting a buzz cut, I stopped my barber half way through. I have a few bald spots on the side of my head, the chair was covered in hair and the lady was extremely lazy and rude. I have never gotten a worse hair cut.

Absolutely disgusted. Walked in last Friday June 21st, for a trim. I CLEARLY told the lady I wanted about 3 inches off AND I motioned with my fingers, exactly how much I wanted taken off. She kept cutting and cutting and my 3 inch trim ended up 7 inches and it looks awful! I straightened my hair today and I have a TAIL!!!!! OMG I am now going to have to pay someone else to fix this! That women needs to go back to school and definitely should NOT be touching another head and charging for it!!!!

Worst experience! Very rude staff. Had to tell her 4 times that my fade was off (my left side was an inch higher than the other). Personally not going back again.

I have been to this location for years and have never had a bad haircut until my last visit. It was so bad that I was skittish about getting my hair cut again. When I came in this time the same lady was next up to cut my hair. I was willing to let her try again but I told her I didn't want the same thing I got last time. I always ask for the same thing and she said she couldn't cut it the way I wanted it. No one else has ever had an issue and it was just what I wanted. She told me to have a seat and some one else would cit my hair. They put me at the back of the line and cut 2 people ahead of me that I had an appt before. There was a lady available but she stayed on the phone on a personal call the whole time. I will not ne back

Two stars instead of one because 2nd lady was super nice and tried to fix it but I asked for a tapered front and they gave me a mullet cut....not excited to wait for my new "bangs" to grow out.

My husband got butchered. Absolutely butchered. Worst haircut of his 65 years of life. Please do not reply with your generic, phony words. Hire competent people who know what they are doing.

The right side of my hair is literally 3 inches longer than the left. Worst hair cut ever. Not worth the cheap price because now I have to go to a different salon to have it fixed

I've been visiting Great Clips for decades now, and this location in particular for around 8 years. I've had several different stylists in that time and they've each been friendly and respectful. I've never once received a bad haircut from any of the stylists and will continue visiting them as long as I'm in the area.

My hair was cut too short. Showed a pic and asked for only 5-7 inches cut...my hair is above my shoulders and bangs that are 2 inches in length. Very upset.

Normally, I prefer to speak to the business owner rather than post a negative review but I have been unable to contact her. For the most part, I have had good experiences with this shop, but today, after checking in on line and ppldriving to the store, I was told the shop had closed early. Apparently they were not busy and the owner told them to close up. I understand not wanting employees sitting idle but the owner needed to shut down the on-line check in if they were closing early. Also there is something to be said for sticking to your published hours. The other gentleman to whom this happened told me this was the 2nd time he ran into this situation.
