I have been coming to this location for 20+ years and I've always left happy. There's actually another Great Clips location closer to my house but I go a little further to have my haircut at this location.

I was VERY clear about not cutting the young man’s bang but the stylist did it anyway. Only been here twice the first young lady did a really good job that was not the case today.

Can't beat it for the price and convenience. Plus, you can find coupons sometimes. Online check-in is helpful to see if they're busy, and it's usually pretty accurate. Sure, some stylists are better than others, but no one has given me a bad haircut.

Came in today and asked for a kids cut. The stylist suggested layers for my 9 year olds cut. She cut TWO blunt layers in her hair. No blending of the layers at all. My daughter’s hair is ruined and I can only hope that it grows back evenly and we don’t have to chop the hair off. Will not return. I should have known there was an issue when it only took 5 minutes to cut her hair.

My stylist was on vacation, so I decided to give Great Clips a shot. NEVER AGAIN. Not so great. Choppy, uneven haircut, even worse attitude! AVOID the mature, African American male stylist like the plague! From the very start, his attitude was terrible - rude is an understatement. I have super thick, very short PRECISION CUT hair - not a 15 minute undertaking. I basically just shut up and let him cut my hair. When I did point out a few uneven hairs, he was visibly pissed about it. Had to ask for the mirror, which he reluctantly handed me. Then I asked him if he had a card, he didn't. When I asked him for his name, he said "it's not important" like he knows he sucks. I didn't have the nerve to request the Senior Haircut price and could kick myself for giving this jerk a $5 tip. AVOID THIS STYLIST! NEVER AGAIN.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is there was no wait. I ran in on the spur of the moment after my massage to get a trim before heading out on vacation. I should have waited until I could go somewhere they actually know how to cut hair. The woman who cut my hair didn't take into consideration its texture or my natural curl. I left looking like she put a bowl on my head and cut. Even my bangs are long on one side and short on the other. I have cut them better myself! This place may suffice for a short men's cut or a small child, but if you want it "styled" I would not recommend this place. Now I have to go and get my hair styled after it was butchered.

Very rough, and I asked to cut a little and they cut most of my hair off and the workers name was Kenny horrible place although I've been to many great clips this one is by far the worst out of all of them

unprofessional and Unethical behavior. Never recommend to anyone please be aware of going to this place. Lot of Racist behavior people work in that place please be aware 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
