I WANT A REFUND! Spent $32 on a haircut, specifically said 1 on the sides, high fade, 1.5" left on top. Easy super common mens cut. She asks if I want texturing, and i clearly say NO. Does it anyways and now half my head looks like she did it with her eyes closed. Big patches cut out, uneven across the top. Missed a whole strip across the back.

He did a good cut but seemed to not understand about female hair texture issues. Maybe I misunderstood but the guy there seemed to have no concept of what gloss is. Gloss is temporary shampoo-in color. It deposits color and makes hair thick, shiny. His cut was good but I had to keep repeating to him that I wash my hair daily except for today because I was sick. He kept telling me to not use conditioner due to oily hair. But honestly, that's awful. I wash daily and it gets static electricity. It is fine, fly away. Yes, thin hair needs conditioner too. I asked him to do a condition treatment and he was not willing. And if he kept complaining about my oily hair, I don't know, he could have offered to wash it before he cut it?

won’t say names, but for a $35 haircut I would think someone would pay more attention to their client than the checking their micky mouse watch… one side burn trimmed the other left alone, wouldn’t go back, unless you prefer to have your money wasted and enjoy bad experiences. 0/10 recommendation.

My husband and I really like this Great Clips! We’ve been going here since we moved to Reno a year ago. Unlike some stylists who have cut our hair in the past, they listen to us, and we are always happy when we leave!

Of all Great Clips in Reno, Sparks, as well as the Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville area, the staff at this Great Clips are consistently the most time efficient, cordial, and always upbeat optimistic. This location always has such a considerably lower wait time than say Galena, South Meadows, Galleria Pkwy, and Lemmon Valley. It was "Leanne" that cut my hair today but I have never had a bad experience with anyone here...even when my career spreads me thin and I'm not the most cordial on my end. All Great Clips locations provide an iconic experience when servicing my three teenagers' haircuts as well. If there was ever a debate regarding if Supercuts or Great Clips was better, without question, Great Clips won. And all Northern Nevada locations are $4 or $5 less per haircut than California.

Was a short wait but the staff greeted me immediately and let me know of the short wait, and when it was my turn I was not let down, I can't remember the woman's name who took care of me but I was kind of in a rush and forgot it. Either way she did a great job and even with 4 people ahead of me I was in and out within an hour. Great quality and precision and I usually come to this location when I'm in the area. Would recommend 5/5
