I used the Great Clips app and checked in. I did not have a long wait. Melody, who greeted me, was busy cutting another person's hair. I asked for her- as she seemed pleasant, and it looked like she was being quite attentive to her client. I was told she was about to go on break, and it would be another half hour wait. I said O.K.. To my surprise, she asked me to come to her station and get my haircut before her break! That, was so cool of her to do. She cut my hair EXACTLY the way I asked her to. I will be going back again. Highly recommended!

The lady with the neck tattoos, she had her hair all disheveled. My daughter wanted side bangs, she's been growing them out for a while and the hait dress cuts them straight across. We showed her a simple layerd hair cut and it's super choppy, and uneven. This lady didn't even try. It's super upsetting, and on top of it she was rude. If you're going to have attitude and go to work looking a mess at least do good work. Now we're going somewhere else to pay for another haircut to fix what she did.

It is a consistent haircut and they are fast and get me out of there quickly. Sometimes it’s a wait but it’s on a Sunday when I go in so it’s understandable. I always tip as much as the haircut

Went twice with no problem, but the third time they couldn’t find me on their app to book an appointment or even at the store they refused to take cash and basically just sent me away. I’m looking for another

Booking online had a long wait but walk in and they will take you as long as you book online…. But not if you wont. It was odd. Stylist did not seem interested at all in cutting my child’s hair but was “willing to” I called ahead asking if they took kids and if someone specialized in kids or preferred the to which i was told they all did.. i asked for a specific style she seemed confused and unsure so i just said no clippers, not shaved on the side and just trim off the top…. What did she do- took straight to the clippers Then she shaved half his head.. said it was a trendy fade that he can pull off.. He is 3 mind you The top his head is horrendous Uneven literally everywhere She tried to style it and then said well itll look better the next day and maybe its the cow lick…. Its an awful cut and nothing i asked for unfortunately There are stray hairs everywhere even in his sideburns There is a chunk that just sticks straight up shorter than everything near it smack dab in the middle of his head…so sad

This store is located pretty close to me, at the Smiths Shopping Center which I also use. I like being able to use the App to check in and know when I need to be there and never having to wait long, normally am taken very quickly. Price and Haircutting are also great by me, simple short hair style, and they do clean up neck line, eye brows and ears. Always happy to give me a a little gel to finish up. Have always had very nice Stylist, really Pleasant People. Thank you Erick

Today my 18 month old got his first haircut. We saw Garrett and I would 1000X recommend him for your kiddos first haircut. He was so patient and did an amazing job for having to give a haircut to a kid who never stops moving. He was great!! The haircut is great. He even went and grabbed a rubber band to wrap up a small lock of hair for me. (I was so sad to cut off his long curls)
