I got a haircut today by Cristina at your lemmon valley location..I needed one for weeks now and had no time to go to my regular salon..I was nervous to go somewhere else..she listened to exactly what I wanted and was so professional and amazing, with so much detail..I absolutely love my haircut and will be coming back to her!!! Thank you great clips for such an amazing stylist!!!

This was my first time at this shop. The cut was to my liking and as I requested. She took her time even though people were waiting. I would come here again the next time I am in the area.

If I could give a zero I would. Great Clips online check in is misleading and a waste of time. I made an online appointment at 2:28pm. The wait time said 20 minutes. My gps told me great clips was 20 minutes from my house and I arrived promptly and “checked in” again. Some how 9th on the list. As I sat until 3:30pm I watched 5 other online check ins come in AFTER I’d been waiting. And all of them were in the chair before me. An online appointment is no better than a walk in. I wasted an hour of my time and hadn’t even been in the chair. It said 20 minutes online.

Lady cutting my sons hair had a terrible attitude and treated me like I'm stupid for just asking for a haircut. Like that's not bad enough she offered another kid a lollipop and my son didn't even get offered one. Never doing business again and I'll never recommend ANYONE to go there! But wait there's more! I didn't even get the haircut I asked for!!!

Love the staff. The salon is clean, well stocked, and a chill environment. I see Christina. She keeps notes on my haircuts and does a great job. I'm disabled with memory issues so this is real helpful. My service dog, Lily, likes her too.

Took my 6 year old son (he's terrified of haircuts), here and the styles was so kind and patient even with my 2 year old fussing the whole time. Very kid friendly and my son walked away not only with an amazing cheap hair cut but he wants to go back!

the lady cut his hair for at most 10 minutes! it looks like someone spent 10 minutes cutting it! not good. $20 for a 10 minute haircut i could have done better myself at home? never again!

Got a blonde with glasses, don’t know how long she’s been working there. I asked for curtain bangs and she chopped my bangs and the nose and wasn’t even even and curtain just ugly choppy bangs

I have for the most part always had a good haircut here. My only gripe is it constantly has new staff. But as long as the hair cuts are good I'll keep going back
